Thank you for this review but we do not feel a 1 star review is valid in this case. The timeline and values seem a little confused.
Your order was placed on 28th March. Orders exceeding £49.99 qualify for FOC Carriage but you opted for a Before 12 delivery at £12.95. The wheel selected was out of stock but turned around quickly and shipped on the 30th, It transpires there was a fitting issue so an exchange ensued. The item arrived here on Thursday (the day before Good Friday)We closed for Easter.. and we raised the replacement order after the Easter break on Tuesday 8th - this was not a stocked item and has since been shipped on the 16th. So yes from initial order there has been just over a 2 week spell but the actions disrupted the supply - therefore this isn't a fair reflection on the service offered. We hope you are now in receipt of your wheel and all is well. thank you
