Flawless hair remover feels cheap and even handled with great care it broke.
Its been promoted by lots of infulencers and youtubers in general, but I cant understand that they have received the same product. It's gotta be a cheap china version and a "better" version out there that is only shown on TV and from these tubers. The product you get when you buy this on tvins is china version and gold plating will peel off. Charger will stop charging. Even the box it ships in makes you realise before you open it that its going to be a bad product.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. When a problem occurs they will try to brush you off with rigorous documentation requirements that you cannot fulfill. When you try to do your best to comply, they just send you another email with similar requirements. They cannot be reached by the phone, and they have no callback functionality, Their customer support strategy seems to be: "If we can make the customer give up on us, then our problem is solved". What item we did buy? My wife bought the "Flawless Facial Hair Remover" which proved to be far from flawless. After charging the onboard battery a couple of times, the "Flawless" could not be charged anymore. I contacted Tvins support with documentation of order number, product description and what was wrong with the product. This initiated the experience described above.

husk nå noget er for godt til at være sandt, holder man sig langt væk for det.!

Stay away from it.

. Poor quality of products. Not delivered in time. They sell products that do not exist in the stocks. A company of cheaters. Do not waste either your time or money. Contact the ombudsman in Sweden and Denmark. Do not be fooled by the claim of the tv.
