Very disappointed with this device. Did not work with my TVs and I have new TVs and very good internet. No return information was given. Just screwed!

I got caught in the trap! No response from company and i was given a tacking number that doesn’t work. Don’t get caught in this scam! Finally got the item and it doesn’t work at all!

I agree with others and wish I had read this first . No tracking. No adapter is included which you require. The HDMI does not fit ANY TV I have tried . The email addresses are not responding as to where to return this . Once the money is taken the confirmation email does NOT offer a refund if not satisfied despite reviews offering 100% guarantee refund . DO NOT BUY THIS .

If I could give this product zero stars I would. I ordered 5 of them and non of them work. There is no working information as to how to send them back and get a refund. Ripoff!

Hello I have to disagree with other people as I found liveagento very helpful, AND i DID get the money I paid for 2 Antennas BACK almost Immediately together with the money taken for a VIP membership (although that took a little longer to negotate) due to different team member being involed I would say that this not a SCAM . THE address to return is in LITHUNIA I have the address which I was given by liveagento.

No one to speak to.

Ordered device in July. Doesn't work on new tv. Instructions are poor. Have been trying to return for weeks, can never speak with a live person on the 855-884-0385 number.

Can only send chat messages and mo one every responds. Their no hassle return policy is a joke.

Thank goodness that I checked these reviews. Device sounded too good to be true but i was about take the bait anyway. Anything to have quality shows and not pay outrageous cable prices! I see that this device is a fraud. Thank you all for leaving your reviews to warn the rest of us. Good looking out.

Qver priced casting device. Most phones xast just fine. Chromecast is still cheaper and works great.

They are junk does not work. We've try everything and can get it to work.

Awful experience ... wish I’d read reviews before purchasing a rubbish hdtv antenna plus booster and being charged extra for a VIP membership which I didn’t authorise. This totalled nearly £150! No chance of getting a refund from these thieving, scamming swindlers, as the only reply I received was that they had issued me with a full refund, which of course they haven’t. So angry with them and myself for falling for their crap 🤬 This was through the crazgadgets.com website which then takes you to LiveAntenna to make the purchase ... so beware buyers, don’t spend your money with them, go to Amazon for the same thing but at half the price and no quibble if you’re not satisfied with the product 👍

Do not buy from them they don't even give the refund back customer service totally is crap I sent them so many messages the worst experience I ever had those people should be stopped they are just taking people's money . Even the TV aerial did not work they took £87.28 out of my account and still waiting for the correct refund

RIP off keep away, l ordered three after seeing dragons den reference, l then noticed l was overcharged, so l immediately cancelled my order, l was then refunded the overpayment, after a number of email to support@liveantenna. and the standard auto email from support@liveagento. they are not responding to my request, l today received the cancelled goods, l have emailed liveantenna.com requesting that my payment should be refunded, l await a response,

How do I get a refund...paid for one on 22nd April still waiting.....please don't send and give me a refund

Lack of instructions and the limited ones they supply are totally inadequate.
Tried the product on several TVs and couldn’t get it to work the way it was promoted.called web site phone but know one answers left messages on their web site and no s response.cant find a returns address.No technical help reachable this all leads me to believe that this is a scam company

I put a complaint for an order for 14.99 from strong current limited service got no response fo 2 or 3 weeks PayPal was in charge of my complaint I won’t use them again so meanwhile this same company took 144.00 from my account for 4 thermometers....wth they told PayPal I was already obligated to that order and allowed them to take my money this is still ongoing Nightmare dealing with bbb hopefully they can help me stop these thieves. I would stay clear from this bogus company and they have many affiliates .i have been collecting sites and taking pictures hope to cause these people grief
