I hoped it up and then it stopped working. I had to pay shipping and handling both ways when I returned it, so they cost me close to $19 for nothing. I feel this is a scam!

This is a scam; the product doesn’t do what they state it does. This is actually a mirroring system product that works off your cellphone and it’s not easy to install. I couldn’t even get the dam thing to load on my television. I sent it back to Tvfix, the way I was instructed, and they never gave me my refund. Please don’t fall for this scam, so not worth the hype.

If I could give it a no star I would. What a rip off. I bought the device and the antenna and it cost me around $100 and never could get it to connect to the network. The instructions diffidently doesn’t get you connected. The sad part is I bought the TvFix device early summer and tried it and didn’t work.Then I had to go out of town for work for about 3 months and when I got back tried again and still no luck. Know I can’t send it back and get my money back. What a total scam. I bought it because of the good reviews and the reviews were just a lie.

it didn't work so I sent it back but they deny getting it and did not send a refund .A scam for sure

I would give negative 10 if I could. They have false advertising as they make it sound like it is a streaming devise but is only mirroring. I sent it back 2 months ago and still haven't received refund. Don't waste your money.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. First, the directions do not get you connected. When I figured it out, it would not stay connected. Then when I figured that out finally.. it turned out to be just mirroring what I already had on my computer screen.

Terrible! I sent the items back to the address they said to send to in NJ. It's now December 5th and no refund! I sent it back on September 30th, 2020, Priority! And still no refund! Emailed recently and asked for my tracking number. So now I'm waiting for my refund which is over $130.00 This is a Scam! The only way this thing worked was with screen mirroring, I already have that option on my phone and TV! Ugh! I hope I get my money back or im contacting BBB!

TVFIX is a piece of junk. I wish I would have read more about it before buying. I just wasted almost $70.

This is a total scam and ripoff. Do not buy it. After you put in all your information it starts showing all kinds of other things you need to purchase but there is no way to cancel. Don't purchase

Purchased this device and didn't set it up right away..since I had just moved and had to get Wi-Fi first. Once I did..found it only works through mirroring your laptop or cell phone to stream.. it was completely a waste of money. Since the advertisements doesn't tell you or show you this is how it truly works.. Now since I waited to install it, I can't get refunded. Very disappointed. Don't buy it.. ended up buying Fire sticks..and they work amazingly..

Pure trash I want a refund, but no response from Vendor.

I sent my tvfix back and was to get a refund. They keep saying it was processed but my bank has no record of it. They clearly will not refund my money and try calling them they can not be reached. Now they are trying to say I ordered a second one. Why would I order a second one when I never wanted the first one. I do not know where their reviews come from but they must get paid for good reviews. This company can not be trusted. I reported them to the Attorney General and I will report them to the BBB. Be really careful.

Garbage. Hopefully there will be no hassles with getting my money back. We'll see.

I would give a zero if it were possible. I paid 68.00 after being sold at 58.00... I get the device and guess what it won't work on my network. It has very specific requirements and of course they don't say that in the ad. I tried to go to the chat site, not there anymore or maybe never was. After an extended wait I spoke to someone that tried to sell me on keeping the crap with a discount. I asked her if she thought I should just put it in a drawer and she said to use it as a Christmas gift. Ok lets see... doesn't work for me so give it to someone else??? Made in China, I should have known...

SCAM SCAM SCAM..what a joke..don't do it All it can do is mirror your phone. Their advertisement says you don't need wifi😂😂 what a joke...I'm so disgusted. Yeah 30 day money back guarantee..that doesn't cover what you had to pay for shipping to you or back to them. I should've knew better

Got the thing connected after hours of messing with it. But no surprise another problem, no sound, and no way to adjust it. This is a big scam. Do not buy!!

I would likes to know how to send the useless things back. I can't find an address or e mail anywhere. Help!

ALL of these reviews on TRUSTPILOT are true. STAY AWAY from these SCAMMERS. They take your money out of your account, the same day you order, and, here it is, 2 months later, HAVE NOT received any product, or even heard from them. Can't reach them by phone or email. I agree with one gentleman's comment on here, and that is contact the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION (FTC). If enough contact the FTC, they'll do something to MY TV FIX. They need to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. Crooks, scammers, whatever you want to name them, they are. WHY IN THE WORLD does FACEBOOK allow this so called company to advertise on F/B?? Don't order this stuff; I agree with all these reviews on TRUSTPILOT, nothing but SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY; I sure wish I did; $171.00 STOLEN FROM ME. DON'T BE NEXT...

After ordering I got an alert from TV FIX stating id need to buy an additional product to get my local channels and they added on $23+ for a protection plan that I didn't want. I sent an email canceling my complete order but they processed the order anyway. There's no way to get anyone on the phone. I told my credit card to cancel the order. Why can't companies just do the right thing, we deserve better as consumers
