Unprofessional Service & Deceptive Review Management
I have visited Tutto Print three times since 2022, and the experience is consistently hostile. The lady on staff (European) is not only unskilled in the photography services provided, but her behaviour is deeply unsettling. She is repeatedly rude, murmuring under her breath, and acts as though every request is an imposition. It is a stressful and unprofessional environment for any customer.
Buyer Beware: When I previously posted this honest feedback, the owner attempted to have it removed by reporting it to Google. Thankfully, Google investigated, verified my experience, and reinstated the review. It is clear this business is actively trying to hide the truth.
If you look closely at their page, you will see many other customers reporting this same individual’s behaviour, only to be drowned out by suspicious, generic 5-star reviews. Do not be misled by the inflated rating—this vendor lacks both technical skill and basic human decency. Save your money and go elsewhere.
