Zippers only part not delighted in.
Great shipping. Product lovely except for zippers. They get stuck or are just hard to move at corners.

Regarding the zippers, please note that when they are new, they can sometimes feel a little stiff, especially when moving around the corners. With regular use, the zipper will naturally become softer and smoother over time.
To help speed up this process, we recommend gently rubbing a small amount of wax or graphite along the zipper teeth. This will help the slider move more easily and improve the overall smoothness of the zipper.

Leather goods from Tuscany are the best in the world. I learned this on several trips to Florence. When I needed a new wallet, my preference would have been to take another trip there, but Tuscany Leather really is the next best thing.
