Poor communication only when I contacted them several times was my order even started then having to contact them time after time to get it sent to me I spent alot of money with them for shocking customer service over rated and expensive id say.

The service was outstandingly efficient, leading to an impressive final outcome.

I wish I had something to review. After receiving and approving the proof in September of 2025 I have heard nothing from them.

Update: They responded saying they didn't receive my acceptance of the proof . Hopefully now i will get the picture. When I do receive I hope to write a positive review.

Stay away from this company. Sent me a proof picture that looked nothing like my dog and I asked for a refund or asked them to redo the picture which they refused. It was a case of like it or lump it. Seriously many better companies than these. A rip off company so stay clear

Such a friendly and helpful business, a large choice of themes to have your pets as cowboys, gangsters, royalty and many more options. All high quality and presented beautifully. I chose Steam Punk for two of my greyhounds which is amazing and hilarious, the result is way better than I imagined I’m absolutely delighted. Already telling my friends and will buy again, as I’ve got 6 dogs and they must all be in my own personal gallery. As you can tell I’m delighted, thoroughly recommend this Company.

Easy process to sign up to this portrait of our dogs. Direction was given on the types of required photos, Supplied the photos, proof portrait sent and adjusted as required.
Great communications and customer service throughout the process and they delivered as stipulated.

I was kept informed by email all the way through the process.

lucy was great getting back to me after we forgot to sort pictures of our dogs it was a year on at chatsworth .
we thought we would lose our portraits but no all good.

Found this company at the Bath & West Show, sent in my doggie pictures a few weeks later and have just received my final print today. Easy process and the result is lovely - really captures my dog's hang-dog expression! Very pleased with the whole process and love the final result.
