Terrible service

I have ordered 4 items, but without notice 2 items were cancelled, I only found out when there was a refund in my Paypal! No explanation whatsoever from this webshop. The third item I ordered was a 4DVD-set, but they sent me a 7VCD-set instead! Really, VCD?? What year do we live in, 1995?? I have sent an e-mail, but never got an answer from this amateur webshop. I have filed a complaint at Paypal to get my money back.
So from the 4 items, I only received 1 item correctly in the end. Avoid these amateurs to save yourself a lot of frustration...
