They kept my money for 6 weeks then told me they don’t want my business. I asked for a giro and they said it would take a few days. It’s been 3 weeks. They keep making excuses. I’m going to report them to the ombudsman. Rude unhelpful staff. They don’t want my business but won’t give me my money back
