We have found them very professional from order to delivery. Turf is very beautiful. Delivery guy was very helpful. We are extremely happy with service and quality of product. Highly recommended company to buy turf. Thanks for wonderful service.

Appalling post customer service
Purchased 50 Square metres of turf from these guys but when it turned up 10 of the rolls where ripped or had chunckes missing this ended up with me being 4 rolls short due to a lot of wastage so I got in touch to be told that they don't send any less that 20 rolls out and I would have to pay for them. I explained that I could not afford this and it ws unfair to charge me for there poor quality of turf. It was then suggested that I should go to B&Q to purchase 4 rolls of turf. Absolutely appalling customer care.
