Used turbobit several times. Had minor issues before that I opened support tickets for. All 3 are still open. I received 1 response to the first ticket, not a fix, but a response. I resolved issue 1 and 2 myself, or time corrected it.
Now I have a new license, and immediately getting message Reached Maximum Downloads From This IP, contact support. I opened a ticket 2 days ago. No response. Updated asking for contact. Still no response.
Its ok if it takes a day or two to correct, just give me some human response so I know I'm being assisted.

Update, Still no contact. I have opened a new call every day, and will continue to. Regardless, no response, nor do I expect one. 2 previous times I used this service with no issue, but now my subscription money is being wasted. Good thing for them I am not computer literate enough to figure out how to get around this issue. Think onion, think mobile, oh, what could I do???

Get told i had reached my daily limit for free downloads and i hadnt been on the site for a month. Loads of useless popups and various methods to get the user to subscribe to a premium service, which is not straight forward. Automatic renewal and people struggling to stop. Contact with customer service often difficult and a waste of time. I will never use this lot again.

Not all of the files were available for download. Kept getting message of technical problems and to try again later. Overall, it worked great.

Compared to another very expensive website that offers more or less the same facility, unfortunately more often that not, it is flooded with porn mags, not my cup of tea! Turbobit is not only half the cost but I can select what I want to download to read.

Installed malware and was redirecting to pr0n sites. Avoid like the plague!

No way of using turbobit now as soon as go to download, a pop up comes up blocking you from even attempting to download - it is pointless even attempting now
