Have contacted four time thru thier conversation portal and have gotten no response.. I have spent 350.. for four yrs of file downloads and four days now site says i have reached my limit when I 80 gbytes a day. no response I cant even know how to get a refund.

After reading different reviews (positive and negative), I have decided to test myself and bought a monthly subscription. I got the access code immediately in a few seconds and was able to download what I need very fast. There is a daily limit, which does not disturb me at all. So, everything works as expected. Payment failed, then failed again!
Tried to download a file for free, which failed about 17% of the way through. Chrome claimed it was a "network error." I looked into the premium options, and tried to pay with a credit card for the smallest bandwidth amount, but the payment failed. I tried to pay a second time, and this also failed. I am reluctant to try for a third time, even though Turbobit keeps presenting me with an "alternative" Visa/Mastercard option. It seems the service they provide is not very stable, and this puts me off trying again.
