Despite my hesitation after seeing so many negative reviews, I purchased from the site on March 31, 2026. The shoes arrived at their destination (from the United Kingdom to Italy) on April 13. The package was impeccable. The shoes are exactly as pictured and described. Let me start by saying, this is my fifth pair of T.U.K.s—two purchased in-store, one on Spartoo, and these from the official website. So I already knew their quality. Be careful, many people overlook the price: T.U.K.s are, at today's prices, extremely affordable. Don't expect a shoe that will last 10 years—obviously, you'd have to pay at least three times as much for that—expect an honest shoe. Vans also fall into this price range and last just as long. Maybe I was lucky, who knows, but I'm very happy.

No News after 2 months of my package being order.
Tell me why I have been trying reaching back to them with no answer back about my Mary Jane black cat shoes that were marked with a “delivered” on my Gmail but the tracking says otherwise, being in packing in Singapore without moving for 2 months now.
Order is TUK516088EU, and I’m still trying to get explanations!!

I’d give 0 if I could. Returned the shoes within a few days, despite all the tracking and photos from Evri, they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because they never recieved them and I should get a refund from Evri (Evri had photos of them being delivered and only give a max of £20 anyway (shoes were £100). They eventually offered me 20% off my next purchase. Absolute jokers

I would give zero stars if I could. Don't waste your money on this. The shoes are overpriced and poorly made. Mine fell apart in less than half a year and they were super uncomfortable..Shoes from AliExpress last longer and are twice as cheaper..
Moreover, customer service is non-existent when there is a problem. They sent me the right size when I ordered so I contacted them. No reply for weeks. I had to ask friend who lives there to call them and then they suddenly replied. I'm sure if I didn't know him they would never reply to me and ignore me forever. In the end, quality of the shoes was awful and I brought it to a shoe maker 3 times to glue the bottom..He said that he haven't seen such a bad quality shoes for a while..After three times of repairing them, the shoes fell apart completely..
It's quite funny how I got reply on this review- they pretend like they care but in fact this company just scams people and they do not care about quality of their products or customer satisfaction. Don't get fooled by their social media ads. They push them literally all over facebook and instagram. It's really annoying.

the shoes didn't even arrive at first the contact was fine but the moment there was a problem I was like completely ghosted they never answer any of my questions and they don't respond to the emails I'm sending I have no idea how to get a refund because nobody is answering me this whole website is just a scam

It was a bit scary, to buy shoes online, but all went well, fast delivery. Unfortunate shoes were too small, so I had to return and reorder. All went fine too. And the refund was fast. Had to pay transportation fee and 12 euro s to the shop. For the trouble. But I got to keep the welcome discount. So it felt reasonable. Thank u tuk shoes, happy kid now

Great Customer Service, But Quality Needs Work
I’ve seen a lot of reviews slating T.U.K’s customer service — in my experience, that couldn’t be further from the truth. On two separate occasions, I received shoes that weren’t to my liking and both times they sent me replacements without asking for the originals back. That’s outstanding service. Big shoutout to Lucy, who was incredibly helpful throughout.
Now for the downside: the quality of the shoes. T.U.K makes, in my opinion, the best-looking creepers out there. I love their designs and wear them almost exclusively. But nearly every pair I’ve bought has broken within a few months — mainly the soles. That kind of wear-and-tear might be fine at a lower price point, but when you’re paying £70–£100+, it’s disappointing.
For example, I paid £103 for a pair of “premium” creepers that broke the same day I wore them. They did send me a replacement (again, no return required), which was great — but I shouldn’t need to rely on customer service to get a wearable pair of shoes.
I’ll keep buying them because I love the style and I can afford the risk. But not everyone can, and I think T.U.K really needs to step up the durability of their products.
If you can afford them I'd recommend buying George Cox creepers instead but they don't look as nice as T.U.K in my opinion, T.U.K just have the style down.
Overall: Excellent customer service, great designs, but poor long-term quality.

Initially ordered a wrong size and read on their return policies that they can't exchange the order but refund only. I emailed asking about it anyway and A. They were responsive and helpful B. They have exchanged my order. The only thing was - I spent extra money to post it back to them. I'm satisfied
Over the moon with my purchase
I was originally skeptical.
I seen the reviews, but I couldn't get a better price than this.
The T.U.K kitty range is well sought after (hard to find stock anywhere). I settled with tukshoes.co.uk, as they deliver internationally, 6 days later they arrived.
The size guide was spot on, and shoe sizing was the perfect fit. It worked out great for me, thank you tukshoes.co.uk.

Do not give them your patronage
Really sad i can't give less than 1 star because this company does ship to the EU but it does not include a return label with the parcel. Now i have to pay 15 euro to send back a pair of shoes that don't fit and they don't even offer to send you the correct size just a refund. So save yourself some money and shop at a diffent store
Nightmare process to return the parcel
I made a mistake and I ordered a pair of shoes that were too small. I noticed immediately and tried to change the order, no way to do that through the website. Then I immediately contacted their customer service (Sunday night). On Monday they sent me an email that they already sent the package and that there was nothing they could do and that I NEED TO PAY FOR THE RETURN. Now I am trying to return this item but it is so complicated, with no return label and no clarity from their policy or from the customer service. It is uneasy and time-consuming.
Returns set up awful …
I ordered two pairs of creepers that were too small-the size guide on the websiteis not usefulat sll. Fair enough, but when I attempted to return them I found out I would have to pay the postage. Now, I also ordered some Dr. Martens that I had to return for a different reason and they have free returns, you print the returns label yourself and you can even get free collection from home. TUK, why can't you do that? Please don't say the T's and C's are on the website like you keep doing, no-one buys shoes thinking they are going to return them. If I'd known this I wouldn't have ordered them in the first place.
Displrespectful company
Jackie (The customer service agent) refuse to remove me from their solicitation list that I never signed up for. She was not helpful and just kept asking for more personal information. Would advise staying away from this company it seems like it may be a front for information harvesting.

One star because I ordered the women’s…
One star because I ordered the women’s size 4 after looking at the chart THEY provide on their page.
Was sent a eu37 which technically is meant to be a size 4 but suddenly because the shoes are ‘unisex’ it means they’re a male size 3. Also, not stated that they are unisex and that means sizes can differ.
They then went on to tell me that unfortunately there isn’t room to label that this is the case, but there is a CLEAR size chart on every page for the shoes you look at.
I ordered a size 4, got a men’s 3 and I refuse to pay shipment costs back to them.
TUK, I will take this further as this is on you, not me. I did my research. If I wanted a size 3 I would have ordered a size 3.
Size too small and you have to pay shipping costs
My order TUK55050EU came fine but the shoes were way too small, at least 2 sizes too small. The website doesn’t offer any measurements or instructions. Customer service was not helpful.
Had to send them back and pay extra 25EUR for shipping costs which they don’t cover. Ridiculous.

Delivery costs to Germany are incorrectly stated by TUK
Although TUK advertises on their website and in their shipping policies that all fees and taxes for delivery to Germany are paid by them, this is NOT true.
After Brexit, ALL shipments from the UK will be checked by German customs. If the value is less than €150, there will be no customs charges, but import VAT will be payable.
After TUK initially reimbursed me the Deutsche Post fee for forwarding the invoice to customs (€15), they never got back to me when I pointed out the 19% VAT I had to pay on top. The information from TUK that they enclose with the parcel (e.g. the UK VAT number) is not sufficient for German customs.
I think it's a shame and not okay that TUK explicitly advertises that there are no additional fees and taxes and yet they must know exactly how German customs operate.
The fact that TUK then no longer responds to my enquiries is simply bad customer service for me.
So ATTENTION: As a German customer, the prices in the webshop are by no means the final prices that you will ultimately have to pay to receive the shoes in Germany!

IMissing refund (about 200€) CAREFUL when ordering!!!
I bought two pairs of shoes which didn't fit well, so I had to return them and ask for a refund. When I reached the consumer dpt., they asked me to place a new order and post back the parcel I had received. They also warned me they are no able to pay for the return expenses, so all charges were on me. I sent the parcel back (38€), tracked the shipment and I placed a new order. Once it arrived to the UK, it was held at the office (Coventry ParcelForce) awaiting for the customs fee to be paid by the company. As the company told me they hadn't received any letter, it was me who had to get in touch with Royal Mail to clarify the situation. Afterwards, I asked the company to make a phone call to the office helding the parcel up and ask for the fee. They've finally told me today that the customs fee is £75 and that I had to pay for it. You will understand that I am wasting my time and my money. They are not helping me and they are not going to refund me until they get the parcel I sent back (for which they are not refunding my money (almost 200€)). I feel so deceived that I am sending the parcel back to me so as to try to sell them at Wallapop. I've lost my money and my patience.
Just wishing you good luck in case you need a return o a refund. Don't buy anything online at T.U.K. Shoes if you're not absolutely sure which size you need (I am from Barcelona, unfortunately).

Do not ship with UPS!
It’s horrible! It’s super complicated with UPS! Please, never again! Don’t use UPS, please use DHL for Items which are ordered from Germany!
I never get my parcel!because they „don’t meet me“ - I was at work and couldnt change the Adress to an access point coz the website is the biggest *******.
Tech Problems, store not found or other problems.
UPS will send my parcel back to the UK!
