Cathy was brilliant at the sheffield moor store
We went in to book a last minute holiday ant the moor store in sheffield and Cathy who served us was brilliant. She went through so much with us and was very patient as we had no idea where we were going. Nothing was to much of a problem. We booked an excursion too as had no idea they did them. Thank you Cathy looking forward to our holiday

As a TUI fan and regular booker on this…
As a TUI fan and regular booker on this site I have to be honest as this time my booking experience was not what I have come to expect.
After selecting multiple offers and getting results that were no longer available I found an option that was available and then it was suddenly 90 euros more than the original price shown.

Dear Mr. Jim,
Thank you for taking the time to rate us. First of all, we would like to thank you very much for your loyalty to TUI.
We are very sorry that you had a bad experience with your online booking.
We would like to apologize for the price differences on TUI.at and make the background a little more transparent for you.
In order to ensure a fast and reliable search on TUI.at, we have to set up a buffer (called a cache database) between the reservation system (the system that holds the quotas and prices) and the end device. This cache database is supplied with data directly from the reservation system several times a day and calculates the prices for the search results. Only when the price is summarized can a check be carried out in the reservation system. This will give you the most current prices, which may differ from the original prices (which were in the cache). If you notice price changes while booking, it will only be for the technical reasons mentioned above.
We hope that despite this annoyance you can continue to look forward to your wonderful trip.
With kind regards,
Sabine from tui.at Team

I booked our holiday with Nicola at Tui in Meadowhall last night over the phone. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the area we are visiting, giving us ideas of places to visit whilst there. She got us a great deal and would recommend asking for her. Thanks Nicola.

Dear Mr Janco,
thanks for your review. We very much regret that your original booking was not reserved due to a technical defect. In such cases, our customers directly receive a notification that the booking was not generated and that they must contact the service center immediately. We ask for your understanding that availability and prices can change quickly due to high booking volumes. We're sorry your original price was no longer available but we are pleased that you found a great deal for your family and, despite this annoyance, we hope you look forward to your wonderful trip!
Kind regards,
