This was a very quick DIY job. Make sure the upright pieces are level and straight when knocking yhecsude bars together, yhen the shelving will be put together in no time.

Delivery was split, and the delivery delayed twice! The directions for construction are poor.

Order arrived in time
Order arrived in time, actually early. All parts indicated were included. Although having read instructions carefully, there were some aspects that I didn’t quite grasp, a quick look on U Tube straightened me out and assembly sorted out fine.

Every single MDF board was damaged and…
Every single MDF board was damaged and split. Plus I was missing 4 tops to the plastic useful boxes.
Tufferman offered to send out new boards but I declined as there was no guarantee they would reach me in good condition. I had to buy boards myself.

Poor Quality
Delivery longer then average. Product arrived damaged, 3 of the five shelves were bent or corners dented, poor quality product ( Cheap product but not cheap price ) Daft interlocking system to fit shelves.
I buy a lot of shelving for my customers and won't be buying from Tufferman again as there are much better products on the market.

two separate deliveries in the space of two weeks, both on time . product is easy to put together. 2nd one were two tiny plastic coverings for the ends missing (not essential) but one email and had them 2 days later... customer service is tip top, product is great, and a reasonable price. what more do you want

Not as good as the reviews I read
Not as good as the reviews I read. I thought the delivery updates could have been better, it was scheduled for a Thursday but didn't come until the Monday, I didn't get any update. I am not sure if this is their fault or Shop who I ordered through. The product is tough and looks good once it was all assembled and fastened to the wall. The instructions could have been better, and fitting some of pieces was quite frustrating, they get our of shape quite easily. Ideally you need to pairs of hands. I would like to give 4 stars but I do feel overall 3 is fair. There are cheaper solutions from other Chinese platforms but I do feel Tufferman will be longer lasting.
