I first used Tubber a couple years ago for a 7 day charter in Greece and everything from start to finish was flawless. I just used them again to book a 7 day in Sardinia. While the trip isn’t until this Summer, they’ve helped me book another great boat. Their responsiveness and attention to detail is on point.

Totally fuss free booking, Remy went above and beyond to recommend a choice of boats that were available for our desired dates. The boat we chose was as described and their partners at the marina were also very helpful. Communication by email was prompt and we were always kept informed throughout the whole process. So good we have booked two further charters with them for 2026

An absolute shambles of a company and an even worse charter company they used in Sardinia
So many things went wrong they are to long to list.
Letter of complaint sent but just fobbed off again.

We have used Tubber for our last two bareboat charters in both Majorca and Greece and have booked another yacht for 2026 based on the service we have received to date. Efficient, competitive, thus far we have had excellent boats. The site allows for quite specific searches, making it easy to see the boat, location and availability.

We booked via tubber but the flotilla was operated by sunsail from their agana base. The boat was in overall good condition for the age and was well equipped. We did have an issue with one winch and then wheel lock which were repaired the same day by our lead crews excellent technician Fintan. The route included some excellent towns and marinas and our flotilla skipper Finn always gave great support with docking as well as daily lunch stop suggestions. Our host Elle kept us all entertained with a variety of activities from a dinghy race to a g&t party. Overall it was fantastic holiday enhanced by a superb lead crew. This was our first catamaran flotilla and one thing to be aware of is that many marinas and moorings charge double fees for cats.

We’ve been wanting to do this for a few years but with so much choice and destinations to choose from it was difficult to figure out where to start and type of boat we should take and everything else. As soon as we engaged with Tubber they couldn’t have been more helpful without being pushy. Asked all the right questions and came up with various options and suggestions. Ended up finding a fantastic boat and amazing skipper for the exact week we wanted, all at what I think was a reasonable offering. Great family holiday and will be looking to do it again and without a doubt use them again!

Forced to take this boat last minute over chosen boat or cancel.

Engine bilge full of oil, sails absolutely shot upper third could not be set. Missing Cotteral pins in swim deck (gravity prevented pins dropping through and platform
Collapse), much of the rigging relying of spiral pins that were pulled nearly straight, bow thruster locks on when the buttons are wet, no tools no spares not even a split pin, solid life jackets that appear to be retired life raft or ferry issue, below deck porthole was broken and repaired by gluing on another piece of perspex - this was hidden until we arrived leaving us with accept or cancel , lines so thin they would snag under hatches etc, swan clips on guard rail gate deformed (and would open when leant on), lower guard rail on stern completely missing, head staff member would refused to tie off passed line because it was handed to him in an unfamiliar manner (handed a pre tied loop - refused to drop over cleat), fresh water leak revealed that automatic bilge pump didn’t function, told the engine fresh post service oil jet black and thick.

I found Tubber by chance but they proved to be exceptional. I booked a flotilla holiday in Dubrovnik and was bumbling through as it was my first time but Wietse and Anne were exceptionally helpful even after all my many questions and led me through the process (on pricing etc). The people on site were also exceptionally helpful. I would recommend Tubber without hesitation.

I was looking for a platform where I could compare different providers and different countries (Mediterranean). The platform is well structured for this and offers great filter functions. Furthermore, Tubber offers the possibility to get personal advice and to tailor interesting offers to your personal needs. I made several phone calls about this. Always very nice and helpful. Even after booking, the staff were always available and I was able to ask about or clarify any points. This was possible by phone, via WhatsApp chat, via a chat directly on the homepage and old-school by email. Overall, I was very satisfied and would book here again.

Easy to deal,with, great last minute deals.

Very efficient and friendly staff. Knowledgeable about destinations. We decided to sail out of Lefkas (Ionian) and they helped us find a boat that suited our needs and budget. Payment was straightforward as was crew list and certificates. Will use again.

Excellent communication . Tubber were quick to ring me personally whenever I had a query or decision to make in the booking and planning. So good to speak to a good natured and knowledgeable HUMAN.
This was my first experience using the Digital Flotilla which was great. Our Digital(Human) Flotilla Captain Kristel was fantastic. I made my own general itinerary and we reviewed this together via twice daily comms on Whatsapp speech and/or text. It was very reassuring to have friendly knowledgeable help and advice and just good to have a fun chat .
We sailed out of Trogir Croatia. The yacht was great BUT A WORD OF WARNING for charter in Croatia. The charter company required my actual hard copy Skippers License stating that the many copies of documents previously sent on line via Tubber and copies I had on my phone were not adequate. I have chartered many times in other countries and have never had this problem after a charter was accepted. The situation was resolved by some negotiation but did add duress to the charter process. Other than this the charter and discharge process was friendly and efficient.
I totally recommend Tubber Charter and Digital Flotilla and hope to use them again next year.

I had never used them before. However, they had a great range of reasonably priced yachts in good locations. I was primarily interested in Greece where they had boats available from several bases.
The booking process was really straightforward and the upfront price was the price - no hidden extras on arrival.
The website was simple to navigate and they sorted me out with a newer boat when the one I had actually chosen for our holiday was lost when it dragged its anchor in a storm in Lakka Bay, Paxos.
All the check-in, boat handover and boat return processes were smooth and the staff were helpful, friendly and efficient.

I booked with Tubber last year so started again for the coming season, however I’m sure I pushed their patience to the limit this time as I couldn’t decide where to go, I have mailed and called sooo many times before deciding, every time I had contact they were very understanding and once again guided me through it all once again.

Quickly identified suitable yacht one telephone exchange and done …..would others be as efficient !

It was very reassuring to deal with a rep who had personal experience of some of the boats or owners. She was also easily contactable and returned any queries in quick time. The small charge for their service is not a percentage of what you are going to pay it is fixed at £35 therefore instead of trying to get you to go for the newest and most expensive option you are given a range based on what you want rather than what they want you to have.
