I recently ordered some frozen rats and my snake (who is usually a fantastic eater) refused to touch them. The reason was, they seem to have been frozen poorly. Once properly defrosted, they were soggy, quite disgustingly deflated, and essentially unusable.

I hate waste so this was upsetting for me, and frozen food is so expensive!!! I tried for several hours over several nights to encourage my snake to take one but to no avail. She's definitely hungry, it's been ages since she ate and she free roams like crazy looking for prey, but she won't touch these rats.

Also, they were packed in a bag so tight they wouldn't come out without ripping the bag!! Who wants an OPEN bag of dead rats in their freezer? And the poor rats, it was so gross trying to prize them apart. No wonder they were so deflated, they were packed in there so tight they moulded to the shape of each other.

I emailed them to request a refund but got no reply and it's been weeks.

My order arrived defrosted. I send an email to customer service, it’s been 10 days and still no response. Also I tried to ring the mobile number provided and send me to voice mail. Totally unreliable and bad customer service.

Good reptile food. They always arrive on the day they are advertised to.

Ordered £66.49's worth of frozen rats and mice most of it wasn't frozen when it arrived and looked like it never had been frozen some was partly frozen, the supplied ice blocks were still fully frozen so i dont believe they defrosted!! Have tried contacting the comapny via email and on the website and had no reply.

Third delivery of frozen rodents for my pet snake. Can't fault them, and they use an independent courier, avoiding postal strikes and other delays. Packages always arrive as described, they're easy to get hold of if you have queries and their communication and order updates are excellent. I will continue to use in future.

Fantastic little business, cannot fault them at all. Polite and really care about their customers.
We had an issue with DHL delaying our parcel, which was nothing to do with TSM, however, they jumped on the phone to them and resolved the issue. Within 2 hours of speaking to them we had our delivery on our doorstep.
Couldn't recommend them more.

I placed an order for frozen reptile food on Tuesday morning (the cut off window for next day delivery is midday). The prices are reasonable and the delivery price includes dry ice and a one hour delivery window.

On the morning of delivery I received a text message from UK Mail to say that my delivery would be between 10.39 & 11.39. It arrived at 10.49, the items were well packed in a polystyrene box with plastic around it, inside the box there was newspaper on the top of the food for extra insulation, all the food was neatly bagged and looks good quality, but most importantly it was still 100% frozen.

I will be using this company from now on for my frozen reptile food, keep up the good work Simon & Tanya.
