Buy 3 get 1 free/wrong size sent/store credit only

I bought 4 shirts and was supposed to get 1 free with the "red ticket sale". The site said to put 4 shirts in your cart and 1 would be taken off at checkout. This didn't happen. After much back and forth I was given a credit to the store for $14.40. So after spending $70 on 4 shirts i get a credit where I have to buy more shirts. This credit doesn't cover the $18 price for a shirt or the shipping. Then when I get the shirts one of them is the wrong size. Do not order shirts expecting that you will get any of your money back if something goes wrong. You will get a store credit and that's it. Apparently they don't have the technology to credit back a credit card, even if it's their mistake. Here's some advice, it's called pay-pal. I called them and never received a call back. They e-mail only. I took a chance on them and got burned.
