Stay Away from this Company
We are having issues with the app glitching and not actually clocking someone in or out. I called tech support and after being asked the most stupid questions I asked for the call to be escalated. I was promptly told that there is no one else in the company that can help me. I just don't believe that. This company is the worst. Looking into other options now.

Used to be great but when intuit bought them they ruined the company. Features don't work correctly any longer and customer support has become a joke.
I can no longer get support
I can no longer get support. It used to be excellent. Now it sucks. My calls are being transferred out of the Untied States to individuals who do not know how to help me. This happens even when I select the ProAdvisor option when I call in. I am on my third call today trying to reach the RIGHT support member in the US. I would give this company a negative star if it was a selection.

Leave it to Intuit to completely ruin a great app. On top of all the login, security update and sync issues Admins no longer have the ability to assist their employees. And then you go to try and reach customer service...good lord. Intuit definitely took that over as well. I used to get great customer service from TSheets...no longer. Now it's all the standard crap that never seems to resolve an issue.
They have gone downhill!
Changes have been made and it’s awful. Log in is tedious. Problem after problem and impossible to get in contact with. Since they are based in the us they only operate pacific making contact even harder. I will be cancelling my subscription and taking my business else where. It’s a real shame to have to do this as when it works it works great!

Used to be five stars...the last set of changes will have me take all my clients away from them. Currently that would be three large companies and three smaller companies. Textbook classic - acquisition ruins company in a revenue grab.
Changes were made and now it's terrible!
We have used this service for about a year and now we have employess that cannot even login. After waiting on hold for a minimum or 30 mins each time I am told it is now linked to an employees personal account? How does that even HAPPEN! We are bailing on this since it doesn't even do the simple task of keeping track of time any more.

We have been using it for 8 years now but will be switching to another system starting January. Customer service is inexistent. Other than a 2-hour wait on a chat window, there is no way to actually talk to any body. The number listed on the website is a generic helpline for ALL intuit products and they hang up on you after a few minutes.
Going downhill, switch to competitor
Used to be a good product but since they were acquired from Intuit they have went downhill. Now charge annual contracts with no refunds even if the software isn't a good fit and prices are rising. New log in process is problematic too.
We've switched now to a UK competitor TimeKeeper and saved our monthly bill hundreds, and personally, I prefer this new product better.

I have had TSheets since 2016 and loved it. This new privacy update is a mess. All subcontractors can’t access their accounts. The agents from TSheets can’t fix it either. They send a reset password, but the system doesn’t recognize their phone number or email so they can’t even get past step one.

This company is horrid now! Used to be amazing with awesome customer service people. I would have rated 5 stars now zero stars. I have issues all the time and literally today was told they could not help with an issue which is for the last 2 days it is clocking my employees out at random times. He asked me to have my employees generate a report and send it to someone as they could not fix it in real time and said he could not help me??????? I also have had an issue for months where the time wont even transfer over so I have to write down manually everyones times and after hours and hours on phone still no help with this either grr!

i have tried for 3 days to talk to some one on chat and phone. It took over 2 1/2 hours for some one to come on to the chat and by then I had gone home. I sat on the phone for over 1 1/2 hours the same day. I am trying again today and it is the same old crap. NO NOE TO HELP WHEN YOU NEED THEM. THIS IS AWFUL! DO NOT USE THEM

Good luck getting someone on the phone or via chat. Not even some call center in India or something. Nope, you just have to wait for over an hour or not get support at all. Meanwhile their automated system says that they thrive to answer within 90 seconds! What a joke!
The system needs a lot of improvements all around. Before, I could email their tech support @ prosupport but the last time I sent an email on October 6th, I got a reply back saying that they don't monitor that account and to resort to the chat option on the website. Way to go back in service rather than helping your customers!
If you're a prospective customer though, they'll be in touch until you sign up. Typical sales tactic.
Sadly, we tried about 4 other systems before deciding to go with them and this was the best one of those options, which says a lot about the others. We pay over $6,000 annually for service too!
Needless to say, if a better system comes along, we'll be making the switch!

Unable to select the worthy ZERO stars, for their horrible customer service. Waited 3x over 1hr each before no reply from agent aside from message they ended the chat. Huh? No thanks. D- rating.

Would like to give it zero stars ! Wait time on phone is about an hour. They promise prompt response on "Chat" - that is a fallacy. What used to be a first rate app, has now been ruined by Intuit. They make changes without consulting their users, which turn out to be downgrades. Sick of having to get a verification code every single time I need to log in. Their project reports down load is now showing latest time first - who decided to change that and WHY. Absolutely hopeless Customer Service - DO NOT USE this app

Using TSheets started out well...gone down hill fast
Using TSheets started out well but it's gone downhill fast. Our latest problem is that the the "invite" button does not work, so all of our newly-hired employees can't sign in to TSheets. We also have employees who were locked out of their accounts and can't get back in. We've had to go back to tracking job hours by hand, and automated job hour tracking was why we got TSheets in the first place. Customer service is usually nice but they usually can't help you either, and you'll be talking to them nearly every day if you use this program.

No customer service available. I called and the wait was 50 minutes long. I tried chatting. Nobody was responding to my questions. They kept sending automated choices.

This used to be a 5* company until it was purchased by intuit....now there is no customer service, whereas I used to be able to "chat" quickly and easily with someone to work on any glitches. There is a required update currently that 9 of our employees cannot accomplish. Hours have been wasted and after 45 minutes on "hold" this morning I still was unable to speak with anyone. Looking for other options.....
