I’m so happy to purchase this belt after trying different styles, its really helped me a lot cuz of my back pain (sciatica & disks and waist pain it helped me while standing for so long and walking so I’m using it during the day but not overnight and i ordered another one for my brother it helped him a lot cuz he standing for 10hrs a day cuz of his work

Love this company and its products. My husband and I started with the most popular knee brace. When they came up with the copper brace we also purchased that one and also ended up purchasing their newest one We also purchased the shoulder treatment. My husband needed bigger sizes and they replaced both knee braces without charging a cent. In short, we are VERY HAPPY with this company and its products

I have mild to medium osteoarthritis in both knee's & i brought several of the knee supports over time because i really like them as help me live a normal & active pretty much pain free live working walking n exercising also the customer service is also excellent i recommend this product to everyone

They respond immediately, my order was replace asap from large to customized medium size. The fitting is great and help my knee recovery , atleast I believed that but after 1 month the knee sleeve dont hold properly anymore and keep on rolling down, the rubber from inside starts to fall off.. maybe they can improve in that area. Thanks

I received the two Ultra Knee Elite sleeves complete with straps top and bottom in good order.

I have bought from you previously and the sleeves are really good, allowing me to walk long distances and removing the pain from my knees.
I have no cartilage in both knees due to sporting injuries, specifically as a fast bowler playing cricket, which of course is bone on bone which has been previously very painful. By walking approximately 2 miles a day with the sleeves on, this eleviates the pain and reduces the swelling due I'm told due to the effect of synovial fluid which acts as a lubricant.
Anyway it works for me.

Purchased these for my husband. His knees needed extra support and these did the job. Dry good customer service and would not hesitate to purchase again if needed new ones. Since having these a few friends have purchased them too

When I first baught my knee support from werelieve it said one size fits all
When mine arrived in post within 10days which was very quick it was an XL surprise way too big so I e mailed customer care and explained what was wrong
They replied straight away same day apologised and sent me a Medium one as a replacement and no need to return the wrong one
I taught that was excellent
As for the knee support I find it extremely good as I have arthritis in my knee and the compression I get and support is top notch
I’m useing this for over 2years and my condition hasn’t got any worse and I run up to 60 KLM’s a week
So it gets a 10 out of 10 from me

The expert help I got.
Once I received my knee sleeves I found they were to loose so I was asked to send measurements to rectify the problem.
Not only did they make to my measurements but was not charged for the new pair.

I really like the 2 knee braces that I bought. I bought both because there was a good offer on. I use the copper one more because it’s very comfortable to wear and I like the design.
I have used lots of knee braces in the past but this one is really comfortable and doesn’t slip down when I wear it.

The back brace worked great and customer support has been excellent.

I ordered a back brace after breaking my back and needed to ensure that I would not suffer from curvature of the spine due to the fracture. The first support was not quite right and after contacting customer services I was assured that another would be sent out to me. This certainly did happen. The new support was exactly what I needed. The quality was very good. Delivery is a bit slow but I was kept informed all the way through so knew when to expect my brace.

Product was very good value for money, fast delivery, works well, very happy.

This is an update on previous review. I did eventually get a full refund. They also offered me $20 voucher to spend in the future. ( I am unlikely to do this). I still had to pay for the return to a Canada address which cost me half the cost of the boots. I note they have very recently updated their shipping policy . The actual policy ( rather than what may be stated in advertising ) says shipping can take up to 15 days and they also acknowledge that some of their products are made in Asia . They have also admitted to me that they do not have a wharehouse in the UK. My previous comments about the sizing and quality of the boots remain factual.
