I am experiencing this is first time. I am glad to know that there are some platforms which give chances to people sharing their review and you spent time on these. To be honest, this is one of the great experience for me to sharing my experience. I am not very aware about this platform but if it does what it say then i can guarantee that 'this platfoorm will be a spark in your dull life'. I am here to make some extra income so that i can pay my few allowances. I am not a social media person but today I am searching for a platform like Trymyui and i got it. i hope whoever is here to make some money will get the happiness.

TryMyUI is pretty chill for making some quick cash testing websites. Tests are easy, and payouts come fast. The only annoying part? Sometimes there aren’t many tests, and a few got rejected even when I did everything right. Support’s kinda slow too. Still, if you wanna earn some extra $$ without much hassle, it’s worth a shot!

I love this company for may reasons. That amazing quality of speed and rate it has and how there are barely any adds so it is barely glitchy.

Don't download the recorder they say you must have. I have virus protection and it said it had a virus in it, so rejected it.

This site used to have a surplus of available tests, and of late I continually get only repeat surveys to test sites I have already declined. By repeatedly, I mean 30+ times I've been offered the same test that I rejected AND its the ONLY test available. TryMyUI has gone DOWNHILL, and only accepts cheap clients now who will take your insight and REJECT you for payment. Don't waste your time here when there are SO MANY other sites that legit pay testers for their valuable insight. Also, their app doesn't work, I've reached out to support with no response... but honestly I am not even surprised.

I have two BAs and 12 years of work experience in different fields. Sadly, this company made me feel powerless and useless with their incompetence.

I have done surveys that are marked and accepted but I have not received any payment for them, I used the chat function but nobody responds

Pros:
-Nice and kind clients seeking feedback to improve their platforms.
-Same-day PayPal payment for approved tests.

Cons:
-Lot of bugs and technical issues with the testing platform.
-Requiring verbal, screen recording, and written feedback for open questions.
-30 minutes to complete the whole tasks.
-Your test is reviewed and approved by "X" worker by the TryMyUI staff.
-Staff evaluates and provides feedback on each test.
-Doesn't matter if you are a new or a vet tester, these guys are using very aggressive, discriminatory language in every single feedback test.
-In general, the feedback sounds like they are having issues at home or experienced an "EXTREMELY TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT” and evaluators discharge their entire frustrations in every single feedback against you.
-If you are lucky, be ready to receive narcissist feedback and 2 stars for your test, if not a test rejection.
-Meanwhile, the customers will give you 5 stars with a lot of praises.

Wish I knew this before wasting my time on this platform.

The wacky site are so unprofessional, their recorder is the worse as far as usability testing goes. I imagine how many testers and customers they loose on a regular. I've had to take a usability test with them and just a brief network fluctuation and their recorder interrupts and test vanished. Like 3 good times! All that 20 - 30mins I spent talking continuously all got lost in a second as if my effort was sh!t. In other usability testing sites I'd be asked to retry the upload. But this guys have not intelligence for that. It's worse, you'd think because they run a usability company that they'd want people to tell them their loopholes or test them out. Try writing to their customer support you would never get a response.
I wonder if they ever have a single logical business acumen left in their head or a moral sense to know when and what to upgrade when a certain idea isn't working?!!! I've never seen a platform worse than this!

the thing dosent even work you need to install recorder files onto your computer which do not even have the full content on it no customer service to the users having to deal with the terrible organising on this website. ironically, its by far the worst working website ive ever been on it just refuses to function its awfull please stay away form this website there is no money to be made here just headaches and grief

After 20 minutes of solving the test, I did not receive any feedback as to why my test was rejected. I made sure to emphasize while completing the test that the instructions for some questions were imprecise. They got my work for nothing while I wasted 20 minutes. Congratulations, cheaters!
