Do not shop here - it’s a scam

Can anyone tell me how these websites allow these criminals to continue to false advertise and steal people's money? Without any repercussions? I think people should get together and sue these people and hold the Websites accountable

These products are garbage and this company is a sham. DO NOT make the same mistake I did. I have to now deal with my credit card company to stop all their billing.

Absolutely useless services and I even don’t want to give one star. They just wanted to take money from client by their 2 months subscription contract. I emailed them multiple times but they did not even bother to reply back. As I order on 2nd Feb still I did not received my product. And when I emailed them regarding don’t debit amount next month as I don’t want this product in next month, they did not reply to my email. Worst experience. Cancel my subscription immediately.

I only ever agreed to purchase one lot of the Luvie Fundation Cushion and makeup. I just wanted to try it.
My skin has reacted terribly to it .
However they keep sending me it monthly and charging my credit card for it.
Its impossible to stop . They dont send me any notification ether

I am 100% DISsatisfied with the Gloe Foundation product. It does not work as advertised. The product is supposed to be a foundation/cover-up, yet it applies as a greasy liquid that fails to cover and literally runs off my skin. I have attempted to get a full refund through customer service via email and phone to no avail. I was told I cannot receive a refund which contradicts the repeated statements on the website that all products are “risk free” and “100% money back guaranteed.” WORST PRODUCT AND EVENWORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. LAIRS!

Product does not blend and match. It sits on the skin and looks white and cakey. Never received a response from reaching out to them for support.

Ridiculous and infuriating. I’m a customer who does not regularly buy makeup. I’m a male in my 30s and decided to try this foundation after seeing an ad. I made a one-time purchase through Shop Pay and did not knowingly sign up for any membership, subscription, or recurring program. I also did not provide my email directly, as everything was processed through Shop Pay.

Within minutes of completing the purchase, I received a notification that I had been automatically enrolled in a three-month subscription, receiving multiple products each month. I attempted to cancel immediately, within five minutes, but was told the subscription could not be canceled.

At the time of my cancellation request, the order had not been processed or shipped. There was no practical reason the company couldn’t stop fulfillment, yet they refused to do so. Forcing a customer into a multi-month commitment they didn’t knowingly agree to, especially before an order has even shipped, is extremely frustrating.

This experience feels misleading and unnecessarily rigid. Instead of resolving the issue quickly and keeping a customer satisfied, the company chose to enforce fine print in a way that creates resentment. THIS IS STUPID AND THE COMPANY IS STUPID!

Ordered in 25th December 2025, heard no postage or delivery information from them for weeks. Messaged them, emailed them, heard nothing. Tracker says still waiting to be picked up by courier.

I asked my bank to dispute them and get a refund.

I have been ignored on all messages and emails.

I paid for my order and it’s been almost a month- it shipped more than 3 weeks ago and I can’t even get the company to respond. They just steal your money! Do not give them your card info!

STAY AWAY!!! BIG TIME SCAMMERS! I contacted Gloe after seeing that my subscription was being renewed for a second month to cancel. They advised me there is a minimun of 2 months on the subscription which I was unable to get out of. Then, it went to renew a 3rd month so I went into my account to cancel the subscription but I had been locked out of the account so was unable to cancel it. I contacted customer service and then they advised me that its 3 month minimum this time which I could clearly see from the previous email and the website that its 2. I then receive an email from customer service that they are sorry for my experience yet they have not resolved me accessing my account or cancelling my subscription. On top of that they keep trying to debit the money from my account luckily I have cancelled my card so they cant debit it!

T his product is terrible. It is poor quality and does not perform as advertised. Do not be fooled by it. Manufactured in China, it took over two weeks to arrive. Avoid this product to save your money. I regret my purchase.

This is a complete scam DO NOT PURCHASE. THE PRODUCT IS GARBAGE AND THEY LOCK YOU INTO A SUBSCRIPTION. DO NOT BUY.

Absolutely terrible. This product made me look like Casper the Friendly Ghost—chalky, fake, and ridiculous, as if I had a layer of makeup plastered on my face. The worst part? When I told the company I was unhappy, they had the nerve to demand a 20% restocking fee. What a joke. If you’re thinking of buying this, do yourself a favor and get it from Amazon where you can return it without being penalized. This company clearly doesn’t stand behind its product. And I still don't have a return adress. I am going to have to dispute it. Or sue this company

If you want to look like a pale ghost, this is the right product for you.

You don’t see it on your face. But you see the effect. Cleaner skin, fewer visible lines, and a more even tone. Honestly a must-have for any guy wanting a bit of a boost.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It’s a scam. I have purchased two products, haven’t received.
When I check tracking it says it was delivered but neither Gloe nor the courier can provide more information.
When I contact customer service they are very unhelpful. They don’t try to find a solution and they stoped replying to my emails.
This company is a scam, do yourself a favour and don’t buy anything from them

Found a perfectly matched skin foundation and nobody else could help me with this.
Gloe will be my go to store from now on.
