Never Received the Product

I never received any product and it seems as if it was never shipped out. After a lengthy wait for the initial results and having to reach out twice to get any information on why it was taking over a month, my account was in 'preparing' status indefinitely. I received no response to my weekly inquiries, nor did I receive the first shipment, and after declining to pay for the second month my account has been terminated. I mailed the saliva kit back in late March and my account was terminated in early June.
