The whole process is long and a lot of back and forth which wasn’t needed as I was only topping up a loan so should have my info anyway. Was told my guarantor hadn’t met the criteria so was unsuccessful to the loan being paid out the next day without warning. How it can go to being declined then paid out ?!

DO NOT RECOMEND! Staff doesn’t have a clue every person I spoke to tells me something different. They are useless at calling you back even had 1 girl hang up on me at 5pm when she finished her shift. I did get my loan eventually and 36% APR isn’t the worst BUT EVEN THEN THEY MESSED UP MY AGREED PAYMENT DATES
Amigo loans is a far better more professional company and so much quicker

This was my second time using TrustTwo, and I have been equally impressed on both occasions.
The staff are *genuinely* helpful, incredibly polite, and endearingly patient. Will definitely use them again, if I ever need them.

The only point of friction I encountered happened at the same part of the process on both occasions that I used them: right at the very end of the process.

I got two or three conflicting text messages and two or three conflicting emails, all saying that, variously, the loan HAD been approved, it HADN'T been approved, they had all the information the required from myself and the guarantor, they needed further information from myself and the guarantor. This went on for a couple of days, both times.

In their defence, the staff were as confused as I was, and were very apologetic.

Service was good, but a lot of repetition. The procedure was a bit lengthy, and comlicated.

Really good customer service.
A bit long winded but spoke with lovely people and they helped me a lot. Was speaking with a lady called Kim and a gentlemen called Ollie.

Be aware, they have to be very thorough on who they lend money too. Make sure you have a good standing gaurantor! Great company.
