These people was unprofessional and don't have no costumer service experience at all . Im tired of dealing with these people . Folks please shop around carfully and find somewhere who shows empathy and is shows professionalism. Everything was a bad experience and they act liked they dont care.

It was easy to sign up for life insurance and everything was explained to me. I was confused about a couple things, and the rep took her time to explain things again until I was confident that I understood.
Trustage has saved my life. Literally without them, I would be drowning in debt. I honestly don't know what I would do without them. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. I'm leaving this review to actually tell them how much I appreciate everything they've done for me.

Absolutely terrible service. I have called 3 times so far. The first 2 times I had been given 2 different answers for the exact same situation. I then emailed. Someone did call but I was working and couldn’t answer, they left a message and didn’t leave an extension just told me to call the 800 number. Called again, explained the situation to the representative and they audibly sighed… asked me a couple more questions and after each of my answers paused and sighed. I disconnected the call. I emailed AGAIN, explaining I was just looking for help, someone to provide an extension for this help. I’m really not sure how this is such a crazy outlandish request. I received an email stating “Hello Seniors, I forward this individual’s email yesterday to you and she is reaching out again today. “ I didn’t realize this was only sent to me I thought I was copied on it to know that they were working on helping me. This was on March 12. March 24 I emailed AGAIN letting them know I still had not been helped. And I got this reply “ I checked with the Customer Care Center and was informed they called you on 3/11 and 3/12/26 and left messages. Perhaps you didn’t receive them. They understand you have questions regarding the ownership letter and ask that you call 1-800-779-5433 so they can assist you. Kari and Amber were the ones that called and left you a message. You don’t need to speak with them if they aren’t available, someone else can assist you with your questions regarding the ownership letter.
This is absolutely ridiculous that I’ve already expressed my displeasure with their phone line representatives, and yet, they continue to tell me to call the 800 number. I’ve tried, I don’t trust that I’m getting a correct answer, why do they not care
