T. J. Underwood, James H, Paul & Steve did a very good Job installing my cable to the house and fitting the Terminator and Router where I wanted it Placed. Clean and tidy job by all. Demonstrated the upload and download speeds to me and explained everything.
Well Done.

Very similar to the previous response from John. Been with them since signing up 5 years ago. Contract came up for renewal and they gave me double the speed for a reduced monthly cost! Absolutely delighted as their service is not only totally reliable, but if you do have to call them, you speak to a real human being. Had an issue earlier in the week with my internet speed. Spoke to Josh who guided me through the required setup tests. Conclusion was that the old router I had needed replacing.
Arrived today (Saturday) and the box was labelled "please call this number before installation". Fat chance of that I thought as it is a Saturday, but no! Answered promptly by Grace Gray who took the time and patience to make sure that I connected everything correctly and ensured that I was happy with the now increase in internet speed. Thanks again Grace! Couldn't ask for more!

I’ve been a Truspeed customer since they started. Despite the fact that I know there are wingers I’ve never had anything other than excellent service.
Their system of your own, personal wire into your house is faultless offering rock solid stable speed and very high speed if you want it. I’m more than happy with 300.
Recently had a little winge about the very rapid drop off in speed
away from the router. At their suggestion they supplied me with a ‘mesh enabled’ router.
Total transformation!
At the kitchen table where I do most of my work the speed was 65. Now 265. Result!

What is it about these companies that are so arrogant that without any consultation, invitation or need can just rock up and just start decimating your quiet cul de sac?? Deprive you of your peace and quiet , parking and access to your home and you have absolutely no say in it?? When you ask where you’re supposed to park you get ridiculed and told you don’t own the road!? Well last time I checked Truspeed neither did you so why come with your inconsiderate subcontractors where you aren’t wanted 😡

Just started as a community champion in Westbury sub Mendip hoping to get to the much needed 30% very soon with the help of a small but enthusiastic group of villagers. Met Andy Moore this morning who kindly gave me a box of leaflets to help kick start our campaign.
