I would hope that they would come up with a non sticky protective film when you are buying ground flower. If for any reason the jar is tipped over, a lot of the grounds stick to the lid cover, which is a loss for me because you can't scrape it off. Please perfect the packaging. Thank you

This place is a buzzkiller. I get scolded for putting my ID on the counter. Then got overcharged by 50% w/o worker noticing (not first or even 2nd time), then asked to use my points and got ignored. Trulie horrible place, I wish there was an alternative here, closer than muv

I love the whole staff at the Fort Walton location. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. This is the only location I use because of the amazing customer service this team provides!

First, I would like to start off with the location is absolutely convenient for me close to my house. They always have what I need in stock, the deals are absolutely amazing. I am a regular I deal with Kristy 95% of the time and she is phenomenal. Amazing customer service., polite, always make sure my needs are met. I will absolutely be returning to this location.

This trulieve location is amazing. Juan, my budtender is cool and always let's me know what's fresh, what's hitting and what new deals they have. Would recommend this location.

The express is always ignored, you can be number one on express and wait till 30 people are taken care of before you are even if you are next in express, when you inquire about the long wait the girl laughs at you and acts like your a problem for them, I’ve been shopping Riverview fl since the opening and I’ve about had enough with the rude ass people that work there. Number one on the list is number one not number 30 or people being chosen by preference and who they know. After this long wait I will be sure to take my 200 plus dollar a week business somewhere else!
