TrueTrips put an absolutely perfect Greek vacation together for me and my husband. Every hotel was wonderful with great locations, views, and staff. Every transfer was on time and the drivers were friendly and ready to offer information. Our excursions were first rate, with our most wonderful tour guide for our private Tour of Athens and a great captain and crew for our Santorini catamaran cruise.

The team at TrueTrips was wonderful from the moment we contacted them to inquire about booking the trip to the end. Although there was a 7 hour time difference between us, they always answered any inquiries in a very timely manner.

If you are looking for 5 star trip which is totally stress free, I highly recommend TrueTrips.

True Trips was easy to work with during the planning phase and offered us several options. The guides, hotels and transfers were all top notch. I would happily use them again.

Our honeymoon to Greece was wonderful and TrueTrips made no shortcuts with any part of the trip. The tour guides were top notch and hotels were great. The transportation was always on time and there were no hiccups. We would definitely do this again.

i usually book everything on my own but true trips did an excellant job and the money I saved by using them probably covered their fees and i did not have to hassle with dealing with a fortune country that I have never been to before. They are very selevtive with their tour guides and accomodations and resturant selections.
Highly recommend them.

TrueTrips planned much of our 12-day tour of Greece, including Athens, a day trip to Nafplio & Ancient Mycenae, Crete and Santorini. This was a bucket list-25th-anniversary trip of a life time and TrueTrips help make it fabulous! I usually plan all of our European trips myself, but negotiating hotels and island transportation in Greece is daunting. The professionalism of the TrueTrips staff make it easy and safe. There was a ferry and air traffic control one-day strike during our trip and Sophia at TrueTrips handled the crisis that got us from Crete to Santorini, we were tired and frustrated, but we would have been lost without the TrueTrips backup.

From Athens, we took a private TrueTrips all-day tour with guide, Eleni, to Nafplio and Ancient Mycenae. We had such fun and learned so much exploring Ancient Mycenae beehive tombs and seeing the Lions Gate. Top level professional tour.

On Crete, TrueTrips organized our tour of Knossos and the Archeological Museum with tour guide, Kostas. Another thoroughly professional tour, that dovetailed with our Mycenae tour giving us a rich understanding of these first ancient cultures in Greece that laid the groundwork for western civilization.

TrueTrips also planned a half-day sailing trip on Santorini that I would never had picked myself, but became a highlight of our trip.

ALL of our hotels were superior. We had one small question about one hotel room in Crete and quickly TrueTrips stepped in and management upgraded us to a larger room.

I highly recommend TrueTrips to anyone wanting a perfect trip to Greece!

True Trips did an excellent job for us, creating for us the most lovely and stress-free vacation we've ever experienced. From the minute we discussed our ideas with them to the end of our trip, we felt completely taken care of as far as trip itinerary, details, questions, accommodations and travel transfers. We had 5 star service from start to finish. Even when we had a delay in Santorini due to weather, TrueTrips was there for us to assist us with rebooking our flight and our driver. TruTrips is a wonderful experience......we have traveled with them twice and both times were truly exceptional. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants an individualized trip experience far from the madding crowds.

Overall we were very pleased with our experience with TrueTrips. This was our 3rd time of using TrueGreece/TrueTrips to plan our international vacation. All Hotels were exceptional and all transports were timely and courteous. Tours and guides were timely, courteous and knowledgeable. We had only two minor issues - Vague information with regard to reserving seats for Domestic flights booked by TrueTrips representative and The lack of restaurant choices to use the prepaid voucher for in Santorini.

Luckily we had monitored the flight information and saw that an actual airline "seat reservation" were required prior to our departure from the US. We experienced one flight change and thankfully our receipt for prepaid additional luggage could carried over to the new flight.

Regarding the restaurant in Santorini (about 45 min from our hotel which we would have had to arrange a private car/taxi for), we declined the prepaid voucher (which was to have been reimbursed within 30 days of our returning to the US - now approaching in our 5th week since returning). We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant we found within walking distance of our hotel (at the Fanari Village). The staff reserved a great table for two overlooking the Caldera and did not prompt us to leave prior to sunset. This took only 15 min to walk (to and from) which was a nice way to end our stay in this beautiful city. We will be contacting our TrueTrips agent to request status of the voucher refund which we paid 60-90 days in advance of our departure from the US.

We will not hesitate to use TrueTrips in the future, but may opt out of dinner vouchers if they require lengthy travel which we would need to book on our own. We will be better prepared to check for seat and luggage reservations prior to departing our country of origin.

True Trips Was Awesome!
We booked a two week trip to Greece through True Greece and could not be more pleased with the entire experience.
Both my husband and I are History Buffs and wanted to experience as much of the Ancient Grecian History as possible as well as see how today's Greeks live. We both feel that our goals were met.
True Greece arranged for the BEST Private Tour Guides and drivers for each Tour; from the Athens Acropolis to the Macedonian Kingdom of Alexander the Great, to the Palace of Knossos on Crete.
We also captured the daily lives of the people today both on the mainland as well as some of the islands.
We would definitely book with True Trips again.

TrueTrips put together a great trip for us. Hotels were very good, guides/tours 1st class, and the transports were always on time with very clean vehicles.

They were helpful in crafting an itinerary for us to Greece last year. The travel agent was prompt in responding to my questions and comments and make changes after email discussions. Once we landed in Greece, they took care of all the arrangements, including driver, tour guides, bookings for hotels, ferries etc. Everything went off smoothly and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Highly recommend!
