Delivery fine, packaging fine, but sadly I found that the item (petrol strimmer) was more heavy duty than I had expected.
When returning items it was suggested that you use their 'email us' option but I could not find the email address I was supposed to use on the site. I telephoned them and was informed that I had to pay a £15.00 fee to get the goods collected by their carrier - I could use my own carrier but any damage incurred would be my responsibility.
I was disappointed that I had to pay to get the goods returned as I could not see these conditions outlined on the website. I don't mind entering a contract with those conditions - but I should be informed first.

Bought a bathroom sink that arrived damaged quick and easy replacement at no extra cost to me , I was so impressed that I just bought a shower cubicle and tray from them and again easy purchase polite staff and quick delivery. would definitely recommend them

My two orders arrived next day - excellent. Strimmer very easy to assemble, started second pull and easy to use - a real gem. Harness could do with brief instructions but not too difficult to work out with a bit of common sense. Very helpful video clips on website about various functions with strimmer and have put them on computer favourites list for future reference. Overall seems excellent company and didn't know the scope of their products and supporting accessories until explored website when placing my order. Thoroughly recommended and will use again. I was very pleased with this company
Not only do they stock a wide range of gardening tools,
But they can also replace items ie spares !
The delivery is 2nd to none, the staff are very polite et helpful
And the tools are very reasonably priced.
Got to award these people 5 stars
And 10 out of 10 for a fantastic service.
