Theft

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from an international address and returned them and they barelt paid me back half the money I'm owed. Terrible form.
I've also spoken to customer service several times and they keep telling me my case is resolved which it isn't. This is theft! I'm extremely unhappy, especially with the price of thier jeans.

TOTAL GARBAGE SERVICE..!!!

Received an order... Same day I put in for the return label, that was supposed to be sent to my email, it never came., contacted their customer support service about 10-20 times!!!!...., also called some phone number they have that no one ever answers, Still waiting for one of their support team members to answer my email so I can send them this garbage back & never do business with again!!!!

Poor quality

I bought a pair of jeans in April and in June I decided to wear them for the first time. The button came completely off the jeans through a hole as soon as I put them on. After contacting their customer support they offered a 15% discount credit to go back to my credit card. I paid 100$ for that pair of jeans and that’s the best they could do. So now I’m stuck with a pair of jeans I can’t wear. This is not my first experience with the quality of their jeans. I will never purchase from them again.
Think twice before you decide to spend money on the try religion brand because their quality is Crap!!

AVOID AT ALL COST

What an absolute joke of a company. They will take your money but won’t accept international returns. It’s written in their tiny print hidden, not on their main page. My jeans were delivered from the USA and actually had a “UK returns address” written on the box. When I challenged the lady in the chat she could not tell me where that address comes from. I mean, you posted me the jeans right?! There’s something very untrustworthy about this company. Why tell me the returns address is in the UK then tell me they won’t authorise a return. AVOID, THEY ROB YOU.

Terrible Customer service!!

Customer service is a joke

Customer service is a joke. I contacted them about refunding my payment for next day delivery, because they arrived two and a half days late and I now have to have the package posted to Norway.
They clearly didn’t even bother to read my emails, because the only answer I can get from them is that they can “see that the package is on its way” when I’ve clearly already stated to them that the package has indeed arrived, but two days later that it was supposed to. It takes them days to respond now, and each time it’s someone telling me that they can see my package is on its way/arrived. In one email I even got a single sentence answer asking “what’s the order number?” After they’d stated that they could see my package was “on its way”. Feel free to get back to me!

Horrible customer service

I placed an order without logging in. The system automatically picked up my old residence and I didn’t see an address box so I assumed it was my current. The reason I assumed was because I had placed previous orders and they were all updated. However, that’s not what happened. Upon completion, I immediately noticed the old address and contacted them to change it. I was told they would send my request to the warehouse. I went to my email and saw the automated confirmation and the old address and decided to reach out again, this time through text. There was not one number that was working properly, first red flag. The second red flag was when through text someone was rude and unapologetic about changing it. He or she then went on to say it’s only out of curtesy we change it, second red flag. So I asked for a refund, she then tells me we don’t cancel or refund and for me to just dispute it with my bank, third red flag. Yes, and that would mean after it finishes pending. The order would be well on its way. …but I could just let them deal with the loss product. I mean if you have poor customer service why can’t I be a horrible customer at this point?
I have never spoken to a more lazier customer service and company that refuses to be more helpful to customers than what suits their needs. I don’t shop here for myself, only my son, but he’s going to have to find a different brand.

truly horrendous customer service and…

truly horrendous customer service and jean quality. My jeans ripped 3 times within 5 months of casual wear. when i contacted them they offered no help and just ignored what i was saying. I will NEVER buy from them again and will tell everyone I meet to do the same. SHOCKING

This company should be audited on…

This company should be audited on customer service and return method. The company takes two moths plus to return any amount. Mind you one shipping label is provided one time and when they receive items they confirm nothing was yet received. There is no phone communication and the text and email chat is a joke. As long as they reply once your issue resolved or not resolved is still marked as resolved. I would not reccomend family, friends. It's really the worst company I've purchased anything from and had to return. I still don't have a refund since December of 2023.

Customer Service smh

They sell good clothing don’t get me wrong. but their customer service is horrendously bad… i mean seriously… from a company that is just amazing with their clothing and is popular with the young people like myself and other at my school, y’all really don’t seem to have a liking to help people. I mean seriously there’s even smaller businesses with EVEN LESSER people working together that have better customer service. and 10 dollars shipping..? STANDARD??? insane. doesn’t even get here in a week. most of the time it comes in about 2-3… and yet again, there are other smaller businesses and companies who can ship it and deliver it to you in less than a week or just one week. truly crazy. i expected a lot more from this company to be honest. please work on that. i really don’t want pity or a response. just fix it for the love of everything and everyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM NOT WORTH THE HEADACE

Same issue as others on here very disappointing,
There was a defect on the product and the jeans ripped, I took picture and sent them to CS with no joy, was no understanding from support at all eventually was offered 15%discount voucher which I rejected as the item I bout was over £250 and lasted just few months with no sympathy from TRUE RELIGION.
I only wore them about 5/6 times. For £250 you can get better clothing and with this CS will never buy from them again.

International returns policy changed, customer service collapsed

I have ordered jeans from True Religion UK website. Or at least it appeared to be, though when I received the order confirmation, suddenly prices were in US $, not in UK £. The goods arrived but did not fit, so I have been requesting instructions for a return. In the UK by law the seller is obliged to accept and refund returns. Having emailed customer services, I keep receiving unhelpful responses merely referring me to the website policy and stating that the enquiry is closed, repeatedly. I can only assume that the emails are handled by an algorithm rather than a real person. In the past, I had ordered from True Religion many times and returned some orders, no problem. It seems that their policies have changed, their international deliveries have changed, and their customer service has collapsed. I like their product, but I can now see why some reviews consider the company a scam, because that's how it feels, especially for a high-end product. Really weird and super disappointing about a company that a few years ago seemed to have high reputation. I will now be pursuing this via customer trade protection authorities.

Unable to cancel orders immediately

Unable to cancel orders immediately
Unable to talk to an agent over the phone.
Noticed immediately after I submitted the order that the address was incorrect, no option for cancel or request a cancel. Reached out via email and text and agent was unable to assist. Called FedEx and they informed me they can help but needed to hear from the sender, informed the agent and they continued to say no and ended the chat abruptly and rude! Will never purchase from them again and will continue to spread word of this bad experience.

Don’t bother

Don’t bother. Tried to return online order to an outlet (no free returns) per their return policy which states that you can return an online order to an outlet. Sales associate says the system is down lol.

Nice design, poor quality

Poor quality T-shirt. Collar ripped/stretched on first wear, despite being cautious when taking off due to concerns over fragility of the item.

I would give a 0 if I could

I would give a 0 if I could. Bad customer service. My order was cancelled and they did not offer another option. They should have a system that takes the item off when sold. Very disappointed and not sure I will order again!!!
