I've known Usman from TrueNorth for a long time and have always been impressed with the way he took time to get to know what we wanted so he could find candidates who'd be a good culture fit and meet our skills needs. I had the pleasure of attending one of their events last night and networking with fellow CTOs and IT Directors, discussing challenges and opportunities we each face and generally putting the world to rights. The event was great, the company entertaining and it's testament to TrueNorth's desire to really get to know their customers (and prospects) that they invest so much time and effort into these things so we attendees can get so much benefit.

Guy Bevington (MD) is an absolute pleasure to work with. Great listener and connector and I always value his advice and support. Highly Recommended!

The TrueNorth Group certainly knows how to host a roundtable event. It was productive and fun simultaneously, making it a great networking opportunity for work and a fun way to spend your evening.

I’ve long valued my relationship with TrueNorth. As a data science leader I’m only as good as the talent and people in my team. TrueNorth also host amazing Tech Social’s that are always filled with great insights from industry peers.

The team and Guy are great. It is a very different experience than a lot of big recruitment agencies. They take the time to understand the why rather than just ticking boxes on a job description

I had a very enjoyable evening at the TrueNorth Data Leaders Roundtable hosted by Guy. It was a rare treat to share such an interesting and candid conversation with peers over a fantastic meal. I took away some valuable soundbytes as well as making some new connections.

Had a great experience at one of their events, was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I entered and got the chance to speak to alot of interesting people working on different things. Can't wait to see what the next event brings!

This was my first Tech social, I felt super nervous at first but the organisers made me feel so welcome! Everyone was so lovely. Genuinely had a great night and had a good laugh. It was nice to meet some women in the same field too. Excited to come to another one in future :)

Guy has been fantastic in helping me land a new role. He made solid effort in building a relationship and searching for an opportunity fit for me. I was guided throughout the whole application process. He is very approachable and easy to communicate with. I felt very well looked after by him.

So, during my career change towards data science, I was on furlough, studying courses on Codecademy and DataCamp.

And of course, asking me if I was interested in the new roles she was aware of.

I found Alessandro to be very helpful for my career choices and he was always on hand to ask advice from when needed.
