If this is Truefords shirts then don’t bother. Just a marketing scam. Shirt arrived very creased and smelled of cigarette smoke and musty smell. Not pleasent. Collars are soft and not suitable for tie. Scam operation

Dont do it. As a "fellow" lazy bastard I also signed on for the never iron shirt but the fact is it doesn't truly exist. I did own a different branded shirt once that was never iron but being a young idi*t I cant remember the make.

This company is a joke. There is a reason the only models are aged circa 20 - 25 with major 6-pack bodies.

These shirts do NOT suit men with Chippy Tits or anything other than a body that should be in Vogue.

The shirts are not what they advertise it’s cheap Chinese rubbish that are too small & are definitely not wrinkle free if you could actually wear one of the shirts it would look like you had slept in it all night - shocking quality that will go straight into my rubbish bin

i bought a 5 shirts package and they wanted to charge $103.00 for size exchange .this is the same price that i pay for the 5 shirts package .
if you looking to buy cloths or anything don't buy from this company the services is shit and they want to charge you for everything.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered before Black Friday it never came and I’ve tried canceling the order since Christmas. I been completely ghosted. I’ve sent tons of emails and even tried using the messaging in the app I just want to cancel my order why is it taking a month just to do it. It hasn’t even shipped yet.

Terrible company, ships from china clothes look like jail clothes cheaply made and the packaging is terrible, how they fit 3 sweatpants and 3 hoodies in one small plastic bag is beyond me and beyond wrinkled. This store needs to get flagged for fraud.

I recently bought a shirt from this site. It showed that they had sent it. I tracked it. Then it just never showed up. I contacted True form wear, and this was there response:

I tried contacting courier. They said they don't know anything about it.

I've just wasted £40, luckily i didnt bulk order. DO NOT SHOP HERE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER.

If there were zero stars, that’s what I would give. It’s been over 40 days and I still haven’t received my package… the tracking link they gave me just shows my package bouncing back and forth on the coasts - GA to CA, to and from over and over… I can only guess that this is a false link they provided and it’s just to appease me. I’ve emailed the support team and all they do is reiterate what I already know and see from the tracking link. I eventually cursed them out and they fire back with “delays are due to unforeseen circumstances”… then I read more reviews and this seems to be a common theme. I take full blame for not doing my research before I ordered from them. The ads looked great and the delivery time was posted as “6-12 days”… I initially ordered these shirts in early December for some holiday parties I was attending - clearly I didn’t get to wear them. But this was a lesson learned in impulse buying, and from an Instagram Ad. I’ll never do this again without doing full research.

Horrible horrible horrible! It took over a month to receive a poorly packaged items. The package was balled up and poorly received. The items orders are very bad quality, not what was advertised. If I could give zero starts I would.

I had to dispute with my bank because order never arrived . Support said they would help after acknowledging it was lost in shipping and then ghosted me despite me sending many emails . There is no number to call . They will take your money ($143 in my case ) and deliver nothing and then ghost you . Despicable company .

Why didn't I do some research before purchasing off this website. I should have known, since there was zero reviews. It took over a month to receive the sweatpants I bought and they came in a bag wrapped worse than my 2 year old could have done. They didn't have a tag and strings were detached.

It’s a scam. Do not order from this company. Ordered sweatpants for my son as he found them online. I should have done my homework. Chinese company that sells a horrible product and there are NO returns. My product arrived with no packing slip, no order number and in zip lock bags. They purposely do this so you can’t return it and the customer service number is a bogus number in Indonesia. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

If I could leave zero stars I would! The products never came and they finally sent me lame emails with no company information, no phone or regular return email and then a month and a half later they tried to send something but the usps SEIZED it because they used COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE!!!

This is one of the few years I started Christmas shopping early, but even that couldn't prevent me from wasting time and money with this company. I've sent multiple messages to their "customer service" email to no response. The phone number on the website doesn't ring. Avoid this company. I wish I read reviews prior to purchasing from them.

Package was delayed two weeks. Ordered three shirts and the merchandise arrived in zip-loc bags. The material is not what is advertised. The quality of the shirts look like something that was sewn together by a 10 year old in a factory. Biggest deception ever. Stay away if you can.

Scam company. Doesn't process returns, misleading and irresponsive customer service, outrageous shipping times from China, low quality products. STAY AWAY!!

Do not order from this company! They look like they are based out of Miami, but it ships from China and takes FOREVER! Nobody at customer service knows anything.

Absolute worst customer service ever! I ordered 3 shirts in then changed my mind. According to the policy, you have 12 hours to cancel or request refund. I emailed their support and calling customer service 1786 6947928 to no avail. They have even blocked my phone number, which is absolutely ridiculous.

Bought 3 shirts. They didn't fit.
Have been trying to email them for return/refund policy. .they quit responding.
Do not do business with this shitty company
