Is this company even a real company

Is this company even a real company? I bought 4 lip definers from this company and all four have been used and all look like store testers. I have contacted the company twice by email to ask for advice on how we proceed as they should not have been sold. I have had no contact from them. On their website there is no where to review the products and when paying by PayPal it pays to a personal name and not the company name. All looks a little fake to me.
