I have very poor experience with this company with there factoring services you literally on hold 30mins minimum speak with someone and your not able to talk to any directly regarding aging reports and them average of 2-3 days to verify and pay out line rates to me In which my decision terminate the service and once I put in for termination they started being shady by waiting to 60-90 days to collect payments and even payments that paid out by brokers truck smarter waited three weeks after to update aging report and well as giving limited letter of release and they also try to force you to factor all loads trynna mis inform the carrier as if they’re not able to give out limited letter of release for Brokers that owe no debt to factoring company there a very shady factoring company

We have been with them since Opening. At first they was great, but lately it has gone downhill in a big way! Doing charge backs with no notice to the clients at all, dragging out payments for ridicules reasons. Today was the end for us we are now looking for a new company to work with!
There is no communication, hold times are 90 plus minutes, emails go unanswered the list goes on and on!

If you are looking for a Factoring Company. THIS IS NOT THE ONE!

Where do I start?? This is the worse company I have ever encountered. Hold times are almost 90 minutes. Then when you get someone on the phone they can't help you. DO NOT USE THEM FOR FACTORING.

Long wait times to talk to someone. Several days to pay bad attitudes. I would not recommend giving my 30 day notice I am out of here they will have the flow of your business all messed up.

Factoring payments with TruckSmarter have recently become extremely inconsistent. At first, everything seemed fine, but in the past few days they started providing deposit dates and then changing them without any prior notice, creating major uncertainty and directly impacting cash flow. Customer service is also unreliable – they only respond when it’s convenient for them, leaving clients without clear solutions during critical moments.

If you’re looking for a serious and dependable company to manage your working capital and ensure liquidity, unfortunately TruckSmarter is not the right choice. Their recent lack of professionalism and transparency makes them one of the worst options for anyone who relies on timely payments

I would give em 3 stars, except I’ve had it with their excuses for delayed payment. They seem like they’re on it 70% of the time. No issues, but now it’s become about once a week I have to wait a week. Which is unacceptable. If I could afford to wait, I wouldn’t pay them for faster payment. This last issue which I still haven’t been paid for. Is bc the load was delivered one business day early. Wait what? I bust my rear end, to go above and beyond, and I’m penalized for it? LOL. It’s a complete joke. The excuses seem to be never ending. And just for you thinking about factoring with Truck Smarter or Smart Trucker. Just know they sold it to me as “true non recourse” and it’s not! They can still come back on you. It’s non recourse, but not true non recourse.
As was explain to me, they don’t buy the load payment.
They “loan” you the payment.
I’m done with the company as soon as I can get away. I’ll stop factoring loads if necessary as well and just wait till the broker pays me if necessary. I’ll update, after seeing how hard it is to part ways with this poor excuse for a payment method.
Oh and customer service is nonexistent. I can only assume they are understaffed. Which has been my theory since I started 8 months ago. You more than likely will not reach anyone if you call. You will not receive a call back, but you’ll probably get an email at some point. It won’t be punctual.

I’ve been factoring here since 7/22 if my memory serves me correctly. They were very quick to process/pay the first couple of years and for the most part still are. My experience lately has been that if you don’t use instant pay and pay the extra 1.5% then they seem to drag things out. For the first time since doing business with them I had a ACH transfer show in pending status the next day and not be credited to my bank account this week which raised my eyebrows a bit. I’ve had one repurchase issue that was resolved quickly that was caused by a mistake on my part. I haven’t had issues with lumper reimbursement or anything like that. Advances are quick and easy if you need it and updated ratecons have never been an issue. Overall their consistency in processing/payment times is what I think they should focus more on in my opinion.

I’m forced to put a star there because it won’t let you proceed from there without putting a star but dealing with Truck smarter at first it was a good experience. That’s just to bait you in,then next they will start having you jump through hoops and hurdles to submit your BOL’s or POD ‘s they want you to circle where clearly the signature is at for the receiver or shipper it’s in plain sight for them to see. Then when you submit for factoring a load with lumper pay it’s a section on their factoring board that they designed to submit all lumper information at and you put in the info you’ll think they would do their job and submit it properly not a chance. Next thing you know you get an email saying you getting a buy backe because broker paid for lumber and you clearly submitted correctly, they will blame you and say you should have put in additional information when you clearly put it where it’s supposed to have been submitted in at They are too incompetent to take the time to do their job correctly and want you to do it for them. When you call them, it seems as though everyone has an attitude every time when you call him and say that there’s an issue and they seem as though you’re bothering them on their job when you’re the one paying for them to have a job and it’s something about your business, but they are the ones that have a attitude. I even had a conversation with the rep about that he even stated that they overlooked it, but they are still blaming me as if it’s my fault that they didn’t do their job so I get the repercussion and this has happened numerous times so just find someone else that is more willing to pay attention to details that is on something that they created. They formed and they use.

We have been with this company for over a year and ive come to learn though they do a ok job, there is a couple clear patterns, they will drag there feet when a load pays over 1,000 finding excuses like "circle the receivers signature" even though it says receiver, then they will place your factoring into " awaiting document review" this will take not only more of your time but can drag out being paid over 5 days. you will need to redend documents over and over again.

so if your looking for a factoring company they will get the job done, however, it will not be quick or efficiently

Very good company. Providing load for free trying to help drivers and also providing factoring services at very cheap rate any paying same day

So far it’s working out decently, I’m still new to it so I’m still learning it and not as familiar with it as other apps. However, for what I use it for it works well.

If you don't want to be locked out for 30 days, don't sign with Truck Smarter Factoring. In order to take revenge on those who give up with them, you have no options only to wait 30 days for letter release. Another thing for I decided to end with them is the high precentage they have incresed since I signed the first time. You will have many checking accounts, they will change your card many times without asking you, also, they will ask you for money back from the brokers accepted by them and this for the mistakes they made.

Great company that is building products and services to help independent truck drivers. Their load board is 100% free so it provides access to loads without having to pay for a subscription. Their fuel discounts are great, and their factoring is top notch. Easy to use app on mobile and desktop. Amazing customer service.
