Upon further investigation into your account, we found name control issue and IRS was not able to process your return with miss match of data. You can not use a DBA name on your 2290 return, it has to be a legal business name issued by the agency.
Please click on the rejected status from dashboard, it would take you to the page where you need to fix this up. Please follow the steps, you may also talk to your support desk for prompt help on this. It is easy and straight forward to edit your data and resubmit it for processing. Thank you again for choosing TruckDues, you can resubmit the return and their in no extra charges. Hope this Helps.

Extremely Fast! Their website is very easy to use and their customer service personnel are knowledgeable and friendly. I realized while at the DMV doing registration that I did not have a current 2290 and needed it same day to get the cab card. I was able to get on their website and order it, pay for it and it was in my email in about 10 minutes. I got the cab card about 20 minutes later. And I have checked- they are by far the lowest cost service for 2290. While others want 70, 80 or even 120 to do the very same thing- truck dues is 14.99.
