Amazing experience brilliant service

I firstly want to say, I have had bad experience with brokers and vowed to never use them again, however that all changed after speaking with Tony from Troo. Dealing with energy companies is never easy

Dealing with energy companies is never easy and so when I couldn't get any further myself I asked for help from Aaron Lee at CLA Energy Services . He stepped in with a bit of pressure to resolve the issue. It did take a long time over all but now it's fixed.

Utility companies have given up on customer service- Troocost help sort problems out

In the past I`ve had immense problems with utility suppliers customer service (mainly incompetent or non existent) and have ended up having to involve the energy ombudsman. On of the reasons to go with Troocost was that they offered a service to act as intermediary to sort problems out. Already experiencing problems with one company not accepting our readings ( I think because of incorrect info sent over from Scottish Power with whom I am still in dispute with after 16 months of incorrect billing ) and Aaron from Troocost seems to be able to get through to the parts I cannot reach and is helping sort the problem out. Oh yes, and they also get rates better than I could achieve with going direct or using other brokers. So far its a win/win situation- good rates and no hassle. Long may it continue.

Great experience and support

Louise Richardson was very helpful and really great helping us deal with the energy supplier always there to help and nothing was too much trouble. I can highly recommend working with Troo as an energy broker the service all round is amazing.

Troocost, acting for CLA Utility Sevices, have been most efficient and helpful with the new farm energy contracts. Their involvement was most necessary to overcome the problems of looking for a new supplier of electricity.
