We bought a TRONSMART bluetooth speaker locally in Thailand. After 6 months or so it would not charge anymore. The local seller asked for the original packaging if we wanted to claim waranty, which was never a requirement as far as we could see in the warranty rules. After mailing a lot with the seller and Tronsmart, Tronsmart decided to take over and sent us a new speaker completely free of charge. Now that's proper after sales service. Thank you!

I had a problem connecting my new phone to a T7. Sent an email asking for assistance and received a reply the next day giving 2 options for resolving the issue. Excellent customer service from Fiona.

My experience with Tronsmart has been good. They took care of a speaker that came with a problem and replaced it. The replacement speaker hasn't been tested yet. I assume it will work perfectly, but the service has been very good. When I test the speaker, I'll post a new review to confirm it. I recommend Tronsmart.

For the nice price price is a good boombox

I had issue with charging case and original seller asked me to reach out directly to manufacturer. It took some time but finally i got them replaced. only feedback is to keep spares in USA for faster replacement else satisfied with product and service.

Excellent brand, they are the best in terms of quality and price, their customer service is spectacular, totally recommended.

After a year stop working anf the custormer support sent me a free replacement. Didn't have to pay freight neither customs. 5 star !

My headphones broke and I had to contact Tronsmart because the seller I got them from vanished from Amazon. I got help via e-mail and was guided to the warranty system which allowed me to get a replacement.
It took a few days of back and forth, but there were no annoying misunderstandings and the supporter was polite, clear and to the point!

My e pen which I'd only used half a dozen time quit holding a charge , well it would hold for about 20 seconds, after a couple calls to BB ended up with Tronsmart and they replaced my pen.........me is happy once again. Very good of them to uphold their waranty after 10 months........... would def do it again

There was a problem with the website. It wouldn’t let me order one of their products to my city. I contacted the Tronsmart support team and they got back to me right away. They resolved the issue and I was able to order the product and have it shipped to my city.

The Tronsmart Fiitune X30 is a great Bluetooth speaker. The quality of the speaker is amazing

Easy communication over email harder with tracking info the usps drive did not scan the shipping label at pick up which caused delays in tracking info on the other hand very happy with the upgrade thank you.

I've had an excellent experience with Tronsmart customer service. They honored their warranty, and when we had challenges with the shipping they went above and beyond to solve the problem for me. We have the Halo 110 speaker and it lasts all day at the beach, is very portable and the sound quality is excellent. Also the flashing lights to the music bring an awesome vibe to any room!

Excellent products I've been using this company's products for 5 years now and never had any issues with the products. Their warranty and replacement policy is also very good as once my earbuds were defected after 14 months of use but they still provided me with a new replacement product. I'll recommend tronsmart to everyone and I rate it 5/5.💯

Very good customer service. I bought a speaker from Amazon over a year ago and the Boufer broke. Amazon didn't give me a warranty, but I wrote to Trosmart customer service and they did help me by sending me a warranty speaker.

I'm from Brazil and I've had by far the best support I've ever had with Tromsmart! I've had several products and they've all been perfect. I've used them for many years without any problems. I only had to activate the warranty once and everything was very quick and efficient. Emails were answered within hours! I was really surprised.
