UPDATE-I got a call from Ashley about the backorder of my products and she was able to help me change up a few things to get what I needed. She helped with a couple of other questions as well and was very knowledgeable about all the products.
I dont feel it is 100% fair to give a review when I have not received all my order-but what would be nice is if there were a notification of when the backordered items are expected to be in.

I asked to talk to a salesperson who was educated on clear vinyl. She said that she was qualified to help me. She answered my questions by reading the text about different vinyls.
