My partner lives in a Trivallis flat

My partner lives in a Trivallis flat. Her support worker arranged for Trivallis cleaners to help owing to her mental health difficulties. After they left my partner noticed that her router was missing prompting her to contact her support worker who said they had left it in a bag. It wasn't there she now has to pay £30 for a new router. After this she checked on other items and found that a bag containing dry dog food that they were told to leave has gone, a crate of approximately 18 cans of dog food and my coat which was hung on the bathroom door owing to me visiting in the rain and left to dry out were also gone. No offer of help from the support worker except to say that there wasn't a lot she can do about it. This is theft of items by Trivallis workers and we don't intend to leave them get away with it

Trevalis don't take responsibility need help to fight them

Trevalis done external insulation on there ajoing property.
Lied when asked if they had removed my cavity wall insulation when removing there's,was told there is a skirt between property.
Three years of a colder house and have used an ender scope to look info the wall result is no skirt and insulation removed .
Now trevalis say they have no records and the contractor is no longer trading so there is nothing they can do.
I have no legal insurance and don't have the £4500 to have it put right.
This is only one of the many problems I have had as a result of their property and always the same they don't do anything to sort it out and it has already cost me thousands.
Need help to fight them.

Uncaring incompetent landlord who should not have been given the position from RCT Homes

Held my tenancy since 2004, before this joke of a housing association I voted against being allowed to take over took over. Multiple written complaints completely ignored, problem with damp & mould since December 2021 not repaired & just told constantly it's our fault & it's condensation. Got so bad environmental health involved & now with the ombudsman as their reply to my latest written complaint is 90% answered as not upheld even though I have the evidence & they've not bothered to request it to investigate complaints. Attitude is it wasn't us then, it was RCT Homes then. For the complaints when it was after they changed their name to Trivallis the attitude is they cannot look at complaints they've ignored for over 3 years. Absolute farce!

Liars with little, if any integrity

A Landlord who expects you to abide by your tenancy agreement to the letter. However, apart from checking that your boiler is up to scratch, and your electricity is safe , it stops there with the upkeep of your property - these people have little, if any integrity. They are regulated by people who are as useful as a one legged man in a bum kicking competition. Local council authorities have little influence over these associations who have basically a free run to do what they want . As long as they get their rents for their overpaid wages, then they are content. These people will receive their reward one day.

they neglect the flats around here

outdated windows from the 80s/early 90s,yet never turned up to replace panes of glass,same excuse of 'wasn't in stock'. The lazy excuse they give as 'its just condensation' and shrug would be solved with Condensation Ventilation Units,up to date windows in properties or even applying storm guard (its transparent) to outside brick (on uncladded properties such as flats) to stop rain getting in to the Capillaries of old brick causing damp inside.I am in a flat where condensation is an issue,I ended up with it causing mould on the back of my wardrobe and inside its draws and the back of my bedside draws.I am currently forking out to insulate the cold water pipe running through the two bedrooms as it causes mould on my newly painted walls and carpet.

I am a trivallis tenant for 7 years the…

I am a trivallis tenant for 7 years the first years they repaired everything I need quickly. Now is a nightmare to get any repairs as everything is by contractors that not even finish their jobs I had a brand new bathroom in 2019 that after one week being done started to leak bad to the kitchen it was been repaired over and over for two years every two weeks the ceiling still for repair the bathroom get damp and the ceiling is peeling the paint off , I wish they never touched on my bathroom before it didn’t have any damp. I am waiting for a new fence for one and half year as I have a dog and the fence fall apart the kitchen is damp behind the sink the shelves fell down absolutely a nightmare they are worst than ever keep away from trivallis

very good housing association

The best housing association i have ever been a tenant with, Repairs are done quickly, My housing officer Zoe is the best, she really has an understanding for people with a dissability and has helped me and my son a lot, also mandy who is the money adviser gives the best advise you can get, i have lived here since 2014 in my flat and love it,

Treated like poo!!

I should of put this on here at the time but back 2-3 years ago I lived in a top flat up another neighbour mum and daughter eh had 2 dogs and cats they never took the dogs out and locked in all the time and the cats the smell was relentless unbelievable and they basically didn’t do nothing about the situation absolutely disgusting how they left me having all the smell coming up into my flat and now I’ve moved to new property they still garbage sending builders out who i think are or can’t be qualified fitters etc how they still going as a company it baffles me it really does pickle my head!!

Take your money but don't care

Appalling company who treat their tenants like dogs.
A family member of mine who has mental health issues is living in a mid floor flat has been having issues with tenants above.
My family member who works full time is kept awake every night by the tenant above who will never work .My family member works 60 hours a week and is struggling as the noise from above is all through the night.
My family member is now forced to sleep in his car at night to avoid the noise. Trivallis are aware and doing nothing.

Cowboys with no care for tenants

LIARS,INCOMPETENT ,UNCARING they are so bad it's suspicious and in my awful experience of a tenancy with them,at the moment I'm without a flushing toilet in a bathroom condemned by one of their -and I use this term loosely 'plumbers' 2 YEARS ago ,this is even with if I'm to believe her -which I don't, my again very loose term 'housing officer' getting it sorted today AND me contacting them who I do believe cos I got proof,the ONLY reason these dodgy ,inept,infuriatingly bad bunch of liars and dodge jobs got 1 star is because trustpilot won't allow none,they are obscenely bad ,sometimes.es you think your going to wake up and realise its a bad dream,if your reading this to decide on accepting a flat off these tulips DON'T it will destroy your happiness, enduring these draught excluders (the only use I can think of for them) will put years on you BAD BEYOND WORDS I've renamed them as Trivial-is ,leave them well alone if you want happiness in your life ,it feels a punishment ,being sentenced to endure a Trivial-is 'tenancy' ,about as competent as Mark Thatcher

Worst Landlords ever

After being a tenant for over 5 years I have not had a single day of peace and quiet due to really noisy neighbours not only above but next door who constantly bang, thump about, blast music and tv’s throughout the day, but even louder during the night early hours, The walls and ceilings are so thin and poorly insulated that I hear normal every day talking so clearly that the neighbours sound like they are sat in my front room, my upstairs neighbour is constantly talking/singing through a microphone on karaoke on full blast especially at night. I have suffered from stress and depression and it’s making things worse. I have complained so many times over the years to be constantly told there’s nothing they can do as the neighbours have every right to do whatever they want regardless of the time, and told me to stop complaining as they will no longer deal with my complaints. These are the worst landlords that I have ever come across they do not care about tenants who just want to live in peace and quiet and seem to side with the loud noisy ones, and some of their properties are so disgusting full of mould and dampness falling apart and expect people to live in them, they can’t even repair or maintain their properties and get cowboys to repair things well patch up not repair

Absolutely awful company my house…

Absolutely awful company my house flooded back in august they ripped my flooring up couldn’t find a source and just told me to see if it happens again! The flooring would of been fine to leave down so had to replace for no reason
I had to wait over a year for the to come out and fit a thermostat waited for countless number of phone calls back that I never got
My boiler has been repaired over 8 times in the last year been left without heating with a young child in the middle of winter with 1 small heater for a 2 bedroom house!
They come out to replace a leaking pipe under my sink 2 days later my whole kitchen was flooded, to be told just put towels out for now so had to get someone in to do the job
Now I have a poorly newborn and my bedroom where he sleeps has all mold in the window and the window is letting all water in been told again I will receive a phone call back yet again no phone call back phones back today to be told the next appointment is a month away! Absolutely disgusting service!! Would not recommend!
