Poor delivery performance
The monitor finally arrived. Since this isn’t a rating of the product, just the vendor, I think 2 stars is a gift. Basically the vendor “shipped” the product in early December by printing a FedEx shipping label. Then they are done! No movement on the package until I started complaining. After a month it made its way to Paris, where it sat again. No movement. Finally I called FedEx and opened a case. It left Paris that day and was at my house in KY in the US 3 days later. Very poor shipper management! But why should they worry? They had my money. I bought it as a Christmas present. It was (sort of) “promised by the 14th. It made it on Jan. 7, 13 days after Christmas.
On the positive side, it did make it eventually. So, there’s that. Good job team.

I got scammed by shop and blocked
I ordered a graphics card worth about 2 000 euro from a store and wanted to return product within 14 days as I can. I wrote to the shop via their whatsapp and got blocked. Of course I wanted firstly do it on their site but account doesnt show my order. STRONGLY NOT RECCOMENDED
