I Booked 3 Ticket for me and my family and later all i could heard is that non of our tickets are valid, that was very shocking to me and I couldn't understand why that was happening try to get someone to fix the issue but no one was responding, Does that mean my $6,000 is gone just like that. look unto my profile

My partner booked a ticket to South America providing his passport details. Company got his name wrong and ticket was voided!

We investigated the company and they had bogus offices in Wynyard Quarter. On further investigation we found the directors residential address:

She was very surprised when we turned up at her front door! Any of you may like to pay her a visit yourself! We noticed she put up a large security gate after our visit though!

We ended up taking them to small claims court but unfortunately any agreement online that is clicked on is final even though they were in the wrong. The judicator ruled in their favor and we lost everything.

I would like to take this matter further so anyone wishing to bring this scurrilous organization to task please contact me and we can go through legal processes to retrieve our losses.

Same complaining about TRIPOMATE, I bought 2 tickets and I didn’t receive them, they cancelled my flight and never got my refund, skyscanner cannot do anything about it

They cancelled my ticket, but they haven't given me a refund. It's been half a year.

We had to change the ticket and after so many emails and no reply we could not change the ticket and missed the flight.
Still chasing them and there is no reply. Dont waist your time and money on this one.

This is a scam. They will take your money, book a real ticket and send the confirmation, then immediately cancel the ticket without you knowing. I checked on the airline website a while after I booked and saw my ticket was cancelled without my consent. They were unresponsive when asked about it. If you have been scammed by these people, contact your airline and your bank immediately.

The name of agency on the airlines web is Global Travel network . They said that Tripomate booked the ticket through their company so who is the SCAMMER , ??? TripoMate or Global Travel Network?? 😡😡 want my money back 😡😡

Tripomate has a lot of things going in its favour, but its support team is one of the most sorted ones that I’ve encountered in a long, long time. They’re very aware of what’s needed and what’s going to take extra time and this just comes together with too much impact.

What a scam, booked flights in April 2023, 1 day before I fly out (1 Nov 23) your ticket is non existant with the carrier. Carrier told me my ticket was cancelled in May! This was probably done by Tripomate and they keep your money. No answers on phone, email, even their fake booking email confirmation has different address to google maps. Stay away from these scamsters

If I could give a zero star or minus I would…all I can say is nothing, that is they gave me absolutely nothing for whatever their fee is on the ticket.
Luckily in the end China Southern airlines acknowledged the booking and payment… even Tripomates address in Auckland NZ is fake.
Stay well away where you can, just a waste of time and energy as well as money in the some other cases, we were lucky, avoid at all cost!!!

This is a scam. Don't book with them. Booked tickets only to get an email stating one of the flights was not confirmed. Payment already processed, but no confirmation of flights. No contact numbers on their emails. Tried calling the number on their website- not connected. Opened a dispute and a month later managed to get my money back.
Save your time and money, this is not a travel agency, it's a scam.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I should've done more research before booking. Our tickets still have not come through even though the money has already been deducted from the account. Tried contacting them through the linked Whatsapp number and through email and the online chat on their website.

Absolutely no response.

We have resorted to lodging a dispute through ANZ.

no answer and even you can't sign this website. there was no record of my order. They naver send me the comfirmation of payment or cancellation about my order.
i didn't get any ticket, payment was done by my ASB Creditcard.
I have to contact my creditcard company and request cancel it. Tripomate refuse to pay money back.

Scam!! now they are even trynna delete my comment, flagging it, and telling Trustpilot that my experience has never happened! Please do not use this company for your life.

I bought 3 tickets from Tripomate. One of which was void. He didn't reply to emails and or refunded $4xxxnzd. China Southern Airlines also stepped in to help urge him to refund, but now it has been almost a month still no any reply. I reported to the Consumer Guarantees Act!

It has been almost 3 months and there is still no reply. I already reported to the BBB of USA and the Dispute Tribunal of New Zealand.

Purchased the ticket on June and just like what other experienced mine appeared to be scam as well.

It makes me very angry to see other Kiwi are experience same thing.. But for those of you who are upset and stressed about the whole situation I opened a dispute with my bank (ANZ) and got my money back.. it took me 3 months but better than nothing!

Never deal with this company again very bad experience or phone contact you never reach them from US Canada Nz etc. been hang up Not answer they will talk to you on Snapchat after past 1 day & trick to charge money by correcting spelling supposed to sent email to customer to check prove details correctly before but not if not pay for correcting not processing what the hack on websites say get back to us quickly if info not correct avoid to pay fee only 5 minutes after I sent booking info they charged me $175

Terrible. Booked and confirmed flights. Money taken and confirmation email received to find they emailed me three hours later to say sorry we cancelled your booking. DONT BOOK WITH TRIPOMATE. Basically a scam

Booked a ticket last 26th of July but got no email confirmation. My card was charged. I tried contacting them several times but got no response. Even trying to call all their numbers but it says invalid. Can anyone help me? I would appreciate if you can provide me the best way to contact them.
