Spent a fortune ordering tiles that have still not turned up after double the amount of time committed by the Sales department. Internally this company is a real mess with everyone blaming each other and nobody taking responsibility.
My build will have to be delayed 4 weeks due to the incompetence of this company.
If you are ordering large quantities of tiles, avoid this company and go for one that keeps its commitments

Total garbage no one knows what they are doing. Held up my hold construction site because of miss communication within the company. Wrong delivery addresses wrong one timescales impacted on my site . No one cares AVOID
