I have been a Trieagle Energy going on 9 years. I first started with this company because they didn't require a deposit from me to start and that was a blessing for me. I'm 63 years old and I don't like change. My husband took care of all this kind of stuff and he passed away 3 years ago. I am very happy with Trieagle Energy and hope to be with them for along time to come.

We have TriEagle Energy for many years now. No complaints. The billing is easy, online. I have no reason to call about charges. I believe they are a very reasonble Energy company.

TriEagle sends weekly reports that keep me up to date on usage. I used to have fixed payments with an annual true up but that went away so every month is a surprise bill.

Meets expectations and data provided is good.

The cost per Kilowatt has stayed below other providers and they offer a 3 year contract. Love Tri-Eagle.

Never any problems

I have been with these guys 9 years now and can't think of one thing that I could complain about. Besides the cold spell in 21 when the grid went down I can only think of losing power a couple of times but was up and running real quick. Great rate also.

Pricing is transparent. It made it easy to calculate my bill when I had to renew my contract. TriEagle's price is also very competitive.

My wait time was less than one minute, and when the call was answered, my concern was resolved in less than 5 minutes. The age t was responsive, courteous and professional. She offered a solution and worked to help me obtain the outcome I desired.

My service is great and I always get quick results when I report a power outage.

We have been using Trieagle since we moved back to Texas from Arizona in 2018. We have had nothing but a positive experience. Every month they tell us how much electricity we have used and the corresponding cost. That is very helpful in planning our budget. We have had a positive experience .

Since I have used TriEagle my electric bill has never gone over $300. I am very pleased.

They have always been helpful.... Very Consistent ... I have had an account for at least 2 years .. Just don't go up on price please !

Fair rates, no delivery charges, easy to renew, weekly billing and usage updates, been with Trieagle for 9 years and convinced a few others to switch over.

U have been very happy up until it was time to renew. I have been with them for some time now how ever they just couldn’t give me a very good deal. So sorry to say I have changed providers
