Placed a order watched the item go out of stock thought was officially dealt with properly then started communicating via text which thought was weird to be given alternative options for a track suit that I ordered for 160 to be offered a none matching one I advise stay away from this site!! Because magically my item is now in stock after my refund so clearly still trying to sell items that they haven’t got

I ordered a Christian Loutine boot. Without any communication I just received a refund which was less than what I had actually paid. So I can't even tell why this happened, yet the product is displayed as available

Never ordered anything had my details pinched still waiting for a refund

I advised on the date the order was made that I did not place the order and my bank details had been used fraudulently. I received an email stating only that you received a purchase for a pair of shoes. I advised again that I did not place an order and received a further reply that the order had been shipped as it was deemed a “none” fraud order! Not sure how this is possible when I advised more than once, prior to any payment being taken, it was not me! Very unimpressed with your company and its response……or lack of!
