Extremely poor communications.
1. Ordered pickup covers for my guitar off their site on ebay.
I live in Sweden.
Delivery was supposed to be a month or two at most. I've ordered loads of stuff in the meantime from both USA and China, and they've taken max. 3 weeks to arrive.
2. The package never came, and after two months I wrote and asked them for the fourth time where it was.
They said according to USPS it was in England on its way to Sweden.
After four months the status was the same. And no interest from trickedoutguitar to solve the matter.
3. And of course, somehow the package went missing, which happens sometimes of course, but they guys at trickedoutguitar took no responsability at all, claiming it was due to corona, and that delivery times would be longer than usual.
Well, four months is longer than usual.
4. After 6 months I wrote them that I either wanted a new item sent or a refund. They answered, after the third message, that the package had been returned to them...
REALLY?!
Why not inform me about this?
Anyway...
They said I would get a refund.
Perfect, right?
Well..no.
5. The refund never came.
And after two weeks I wrote my 11th message to them, and they answered after a week that they couldn't pay me back unless I gave them my paypal account...
Once again, why not inform me about this instead of me having to write them several times and ask for every update?!
6. I sent them my account.
They never answered.
7. I went on their website instead of ebay and filled out the contact form, complaining once again.
And FINALLY.
At the end of october (I ordered in May) I got my money back.
Perfect right?
Well...no. Again.
8. I got the money back for the item, 32usd.
But...the cost for shipping, which was even more than the item just by itself, they didn't refund.
SUMMARY:
The package never came, and it is of course not their fault. I think at least.
But.
EVERY step of the way they've been incredibly slow, unproffessional, not at all service minded, and in the end after like 6 months they couldn't even refund me the shipping cost, even though I've waited for half a year, and in the end they couldn't even inform me that the package had returned to them?!
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Hands down.
