A disorganized mess that only adds to families’ stress

I trusted this place with my child’s care and deeply regret it. Getting anyone to respond felt like pulling teeth—calls were ignored, emails went unanswered for days, and updates only came after endless chasing. The therapists seemed caring, but the rest of the operation was a complete disaster. The administration is careless, disorganized, and indifferent to the struggles families are already facing. Instead of helping, this place amplifies your stress and leaves you feeling unheard and abandoned.
