Excellent service in connection with installation of three battery units approx. 4 years ago. Tyler came to review system recently and he demonstrated a very professional approach.

Tyler is a good listener took the time to explain how the system works and how it will benefit me. Very good overall service.

This company called and declared that they had to check our inverter, under GOV guideline's for solar panel installations and made an appointment to do so. The second call checked we would be in and confirmed that the inverter check would take no longer than 10 minutes.
I arrived home half an hour after the visit should have completed to find a representative sitting in the kitchen talking to my husband at length about his previous occupation and gaining information about the house. On realising my husband was late for an appointment I reminded him and then overheard the representative saying ‘ How long will you be ? I realised this was more than a quick check on a converter, that it was actually a sales pitch and shortly after this, the representative left the house.

Mark has been very very helpful, has lowered my electricity bill enormously. I did have to have extra batteries however the difference has been great. I believe in tres energy and have full trust in their company. I would recommend this to everybody who wants to have a huge reduction in their bills. Whenever I tell people how much I used to pay they nearly collapse. My bill is minimal compared to before; Mark explains everything so well!

Respectful, professional, sequential presentation. No loopholes with the company. They are transparent - a complete package. What a relief!
