We are sorry to hear that the seller is not responding to your inquiries. However, if you have not entered into a written agreement, we will unfortunately not be able to contact the user in order to get the person to respond as it is not required by him.
However, we can only agree, of course, that it is bad trading not to respond when an interested user approaches one. Therefore, we have introduced the measure that your ads will be deactivated after 30 days unless you actively renew them yourself. In this way, we hope to solve the problem of non-current ads.
We regret that we cannot be of further assistance in the matter here, and we hope that you will succeed in getting in touch with the seller or purchasing the item elsewhere. :)
