Hopeless people only big talk. They are fraud, their email is getting bounced and support number is never answered. I am going to wait till tomorrow and file a complaint against them

Fake company i ordered nd sent wrong product and and not replaced and no refund so very worst company

#TZ218016 - Received a completely different, cheap and ugly product to what I had ordered. When I tried to reach them for a replacement there was no response and I was blocked from Insta, many of my comments were deleted from facebook too.
Please be very careful. Its a scam. I have lost 7k INR to trendize.in.

They are cheater. I ordered my sofa cover on 12 th August 2025 and paid Rs 3.499/- . I received message that they had dispatched my order through courier service and expected to reach it by 26 th August but they have never delivered it to me and courier services returned it back to sender stating that recipient is not responding, which is incorrect. Even when I called to courier services their no is not available. It’s all fraud. I am also trying to contact them on their land and sending mail, but there’s no response from them.

This brand is a cheat, MY order dated 16th August 25. TZ216884 of amount Rs 10896. First they make you feel that the order has been dispatched, then the courier would update as customer not contactable. When I tried the couriers number he didn't answer any of my calls. When I brought the matter to the seller, I received no help. The help line number is a farce, no one answers the call

A Complete Scam - STAY AWAY FROM TRENDIZE.IN**

I am writing this review to warn everyone about the fraudulent company **Trendize.in**.

I placed an order for a sofa cover (Order #R-TZ211773, Order ID: 4270713345226). What I received was a **completely different product**—an old, damaged, and extremely cheap-quality sofa cover, nothing like what was advertised on their website. I paid **10,000 INR** for this worthless item.

Their customer service is **non-existent**. After I initiated a return and sent the product back, all communication stopped. My emails go unanswered, and their responses on WhatsApp are irresponsible and unhelpful.

This is not an isolated incident. After being cheated, I researched and found **numerous identical complaints** on social media (Twitter, Facebook) and complaint forums (Google, Trustpilot). They operate a classic **dropshipping scam**: taking money for orders they have no intention of fulfilling with the advertised product.

I am taking action. I will be filing an official complaint with the **National Consumer Helpline** and other consumer forums. **I am gathering other victims to file a mass complaint** for greater impact.

Totally fraud company.Please guys beware .What is displayed on their website and what is delivered are completely different products (there is NO resemblance) and the quality is very cheap .

On the top of it ,these idiots have the audacity to say there is no return through an auto message .They DONOT respond to calls/messages/emails .This is how they provide customer "care" service .

Better buy from other trusted brands and register complain against this brand .

I had ordered a 1-piece L-shaped sofa cover from this seller, but they mistakenly sent a regular sofa cover instead. When I reached out for a replacement, they laid out a complicated process: someone would come to pick up the item, then it would go through a quality check, and only if they were satisfied would they consider replacing it.

Before I could proceed, they blocked me on WhatsApp, which raised serious doubts about their intentions. As a result, I didn’t go ahead with the return and now I’m stuck with a sofa cover I cannot use.

My advice to future buyers:
🛑 Do not pay in advance.
✅ Opt for Cash on Delivery.
🛋️ Inspect the product thoroughly before making any payment.

Stay cautious and protect yourself from such sellers.

It is a fraud site. Never buy anything from this site. If you order something , they will sent you whatever they wish and then say no exchange or return or refund. They will never pick your call.

Horrible product and extremely disappointed with custom service.

Cheaters ! I ordered seeing the pictures online , received cheap quality ,completely different design and size.Paid over Rs 5500 for two sofa throws. This is worthy of a rs 1000 at most !
Online buyers should be careful because on these kinds of fraud sites.
Even the automated WhatsApp chat is fake.

ID TZ 208991-2 Exchange of 2025 Polar Fleece Sofa Navy Blue for 2nd time for mis-matching of colour. I am willing to pay Rs.500/- instead of Stretchable Sofa Cover Mustard Leaf. Moreover I have ordered to purchase 1 seater Sofa cover Mustard Leaf.On 30th June furnished informed they will check with the Management and update you but remained unanswered. Active action & reply requested.

Ordered a design and received something else quite aweful. Please do not buy online and get cheated.

Ordered a beige sofa cover, they sent me one with random patterns with green yellow and white mix. When asked about it they say we don’t have that in stock, why would they list it on website then. I asked them to send me the exact product as advertised but no response and they are not willing to refund me as well.

Ordered for Brown color sofa mats but delivered red, no professional approach, no response for replacement.

This company is a completely fraud company.They show all fancy things on website and gives something else.Once we complain then they are not picking up calls or replying our messages and emails.Such companies should be banned on eCommerce platform

Trendize is a worst website..This is a fake website..don't purchase the items..they are sending the wrong product..no exchange and no return..waste of money...stupid people talking nonsense..
