Bad experience converted 180° by customer service

After my complaining the Trendhim customer service quickly contacted me through TrustPilot and once gathered quick proof of purchase and problem they sent immediately a new item that this time was perfect. 5 star customer service and great experience.
Expensive leather bracelet arrived with the requested size that was, though, larger than by chart.
No big deal, it can happen with measures not see online.
What is not acceptable is that for that price I receive a bracelet with a locking that practically has zero resistance. In 48 hours that I've used the bracelet I found it unlocked 3 times.
If you overcharge for a product at least make it good.
